Services
Dr. Asif M Qadri is a physician who was initially Board Certified in Internal Medicine and then subsequently Gastroenterology and Hepatology. During his Internal Medicine (IM) residency, his excellent care of patients and medical knowledge led to him being named outstanding first year and second-year resident.
Dr. Mehta was born and raised in Athens, GA, and he is excited to return to his hometown. He values the strong sense of community that Athens nurtures. The Athens community has been empathetic, compassionate, and supportive which has made an indelible impression on him. He looks forward to raising his family in this town.
Athens Digestive (ADHA) is proud to have Patsi Davis, RN (Registered Nurse) and the first and most experienced CGRN (Certified Gastroenterology Registered Nurse) in Northeast Georgia as recognized by the SGNA (Society of Gastroenterology Nurses and Associates). She is an Athens, Georgia native but has traveled and lived around the world growing up in a military family.

Stuck in waiting room for nearly 2 hours despite having a long-standing appointment. No communication from the office beforehand. Once I was finally brought in for my procedure, I was left in a pre-op room for a ridiculous amount of time and again, absolutely no communication, but given the atmosphere in the office, one would have thought they had hardly any patients even though I certainly wasn't the only one waiting for over an hour in the lobby. In 3 words: inefficent, rude, irritating. Disappointing experience.

The staff is friendly.. for the most part. Many times I’ve been put on hold without any greetings first. I’ve been going there for almost a year and I haven’t had an appointment with the actual doctor yet. It’s just test after test with no results. I always have to call to get my results, I’ll wait weeks and weeks and no one will call me. The past two test the front desk worker has read me off my results, not a doctor. Not impressed at all. Wasted a year with no results, no changes, no concern for my progress. I’m finally calling it quits with this place.

Dr. Qadri, and staff, are nothing short of amazing! Every time I am in their office, I feel at home. Very comfortable atmosphere, and everyone is so much fun to talk to. They seem more human than most doctors offices I have been in. I actually look forward to my visits. Thank you Dr. Qadri, and staff! Like I stated before, y'all are amazing!

I had a very good experience with getting setup with this practice & scheduling my initial appointment with Jojo. She was extremely professional & courteous. She even called me the next day because she was able to get me into an earlier appointment time that was only two weeks away. So far my experience has been very good. I am extremely particular on how the medical offices work with our large family. I'll be including more details & updating my review after my appointment.

His billing staff was rude but other office staff respectful. Doctor was easy to work with and informative but be warned...the anesthesiologist he works with coded my claim incorrectly which isn't uncommon. When we attempted to inform his billing company they ignored us and refilled with the same code. It went unpaid and was sent to collections. We had to tell them yet again they coded it incorrectly and finally filed a dispute with our insurance company before his billing company finally....almost a year later...refiled correctly and received payment from insurance. But even then they did not
