THRIVEBODY FITNESS is a small group personal training program in Chester, New York that combines a number of protocols to boost your strength, increase your stamina and improve your overall health - regardless of your current fitness level.

ThriveBody Fitness is a complete fitness and nutrition coaching program. Our workouts are designed and led by certified personal trainers to help you maximize your efforts in a minimal amount of time. Included with our Boot Camp memberships are our nutrition programs, meal plans, an Accountability Coach, monthly measurements, member private facebook page, fitness testing and unlimited access to our sessions.
