Our training programs focus on improving all aspects of athletic performance. Whether you're looking to improve your strength, speed, power, agility, mobility, sport-specific endurance or general fitness, STS has you covered. We offer programming that is focused on progressive development, utilizing what we refer to as "individualized group instruction".

Our clients/athletes benefit from the motivational aspect of training in a group environment, while also receiving the individual attention needed to elevate their performance. We are a group who represents STRENGTH IN NUMBERS. We work hard and provide the support, accountability, and the motivation to live out each day STRONGER than the day before. We believe that true strength transfers into all aspects of your life - from how you function at work, to your relationships with others, to the way you feel when you go to bed at night.
We focus on compound movements like the bench, squat, deadlift, and pull-ups, as well as accessory lifts targeting your arms, back, and core. Why? These movements recruit more muscle and require more physical effort than any of their counterparts. They burn more fat and build more lean muscle. This methodology of training delivers more results in a shorter period of time than any other program.
Sobotor Training Systems has all you can offer in a gym. Tom leaves no stone unturned in planning workouts. He is super knowledgeable and his athlete centered approach make for a positive and fun experience all while reaching your fitness goals. For years I've been going to the local gym, I could never stick with it, I always needed that extra push.
