Los Gatos Strength workouts stress the use of controlled lifting speeds and strict form in an efficient program. Every workout is 30 minutes of full-body strength training, with the emphasis on a high level of effort. We train this way safely by using a combination of free-weight and body weight exercises in conjunction with state-of-the-art machines.

There is no jerking, bouncing, or yanking; every contraction is completed with control and purpose. Established in 2016 Los Gatos Strength was originally named NorCal Strength Studio. We opened Los Gatos Strength because we saw the need for professional trainers that specializes in working with baby boomers, seniors, and anyone who is busy, but doesn't have the time to spend hours on end in the gym.
