I've lived at the Moline for the past 5 months. I hadn't lived in an apartment for 27 years. I feel like I'm on vacation! The apartment has nice finishes, floor to ceiling windows, granite counters, great storage. And, oh my gosh the amenities, beautiful pool deck, spa/sauna, club/game room, entertainment suites, pet spa, guest suites & the list goes on.
Everyone from the concierge, management, housekeeping & maintenance teams are extremely professional and welcoming. Treats for the pups when we stop by the concierge desk, warm welcomes if you stop by the office or bump into staff in the hallways

I have been a resident of The Extraordinary Moline for two years now and just renewed my lease for the third year. Don't think I will ever buy another house again. The Doran STAFF is AMAZING - have to call out the current Property Manager Jessica (and former PM Randi) and Leasing Manager Dominique (he makes my day, every single day), as well as the on-the-spot problem solvers on the Maintenance team (thank you Adam and Charlie) and all of our Security and Concierge staff who make us feel so special. They all get A++++ in terms of commitment to resident happiness.

I lived here the first year they opened. They did not have their stuff together at all.
1. Water charge was sent via third party. No one told me. Charged crazy fees to pay online even though that was the only way you could pay.
2. You never feel like you live here, you are a guest and they remind you of that constantly. At least once a week you will get an email about how someone else did something wrong and what the new rules are. It is changing forever.
3. Rent went WAY up after the first year. Way over market value. They think they are in Minneapolis or something.
4. They stopped giving

We just recently moved into the Moline after selling our house. We are extremely impressed with the how beautiful and well cared for the property is,... like living at a luxury resort! More importantly, we have been treated so well by the Moline team. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help in any way they can. They made our move-in process virtually stress free. We are very happy with our decision to make the Moline our home.

We love living at the Moline! We have been calling this home for about a year and a half since selling our house...and have never looked back! The staff is fabulous—so great to have such caring and FUN people managing this building. The amenities are superb...gradually opening due to COVID...making me realize how much I have been missing all this place has to offer! I have been working from home along with so many others and it just made me thankful that this is where I get to spend my days working. It’s a beautiful place! And...the location is stellar—right on the bike trail in downtown

Great place to live in a great location. I left Minneapolis looking for something in the burbs that wasn't just an apartment complex in the middle of nothing to do. The walkability to neighboring restaurants, farmer's market during the warm months, & shops is severely underrated. Friendly occupants & friendly staff. Amenities are top notch as far as gym, pool, grills, indoor golf sim, coffee machine, party room, the list goes on...

I dont live here, but I walk a lot of dogs in the , and check in on cats in the building while people are away, I am here often enough to know that this is a great place. The management and all staff is wonderful, they are always doing their best to take care of everything inside and outside.
When walking through the building it is always very clean, I always see people cleaning the halls and elevators top to bottom. It truly feels like I'm walking through a luxury hotel. All of the apartments are equipped with everything you could ever need and they are cute, spacious, and clean! Not to mention

I have been meaning to write a review for a long time. I've lived here for a year and will be staying for another year because the building is so superb in terms of the units - they are beautiful - and the amenities, as other people have said - are possibly the best in the Twin Cities - i love the fitness room they have and the sauna. It is so well maintained too- great work to Doran Management! Thank you for making Moline a wonderful home!
