My name is Tav Mactavish I am a private dog obedience trainer and have been for more than fourth years having a numbers of customers here at the Overlook for the past 4 years I decided to move to the Overlook and become one of it’s residences. I can’t say enough good things about this up scale facility the manager Kathy has been so helpful and kind, Elliott the leasing agent is as helpful and accommodating I am very satisfied and happy to call the Overlook my home. I found Overlook on the Creek on Zillow, with three different 1bd apartment layouts that fit my ideal monthly rent - $1400/mo max. I inquired about the apartments and was told they rent for $1700 plus. I apologized for my confusion, citing the Zillow listing as my reason for reaching out. Was then told that there actually is a 1bd apt available at that price! Great news, but then was told the apt was income-based, and it appeared I am too far above the poverty line to qualify. I was so sad! I REALLY wanted to make

My wife and i lived here for a year in a 1 bedroom unit. It was honestly awesome. Maintenance was very responsive, leasing office was responsive as well, and seemed like they cared about their residents. 30 minutes away from just about anything you would want to do in the cities. Would recommend it to just about anyone. If you like nature try to live on the south side of the building. You get to see some great wildlife.

This place has the best staff. Kathy and Elliot are so genuine and professional. I cannot say enough good things about them. The building itself is very new; appliances, counters, floors, etc have seen very little use so that's nice. Maintenance is reliable and tackles any odd job that comes up. There's an on site caretaker who also works very hard. I would frequently see him taking care of sidewalks, surfaces, and common areas upholding this communities amazing standards. If you're in the market for an apartment, make sure you talk to Elliot at Overlook on the Creek and see what he has to offer.
I will start by saying that I didn't rent here but it was simply because I chose a house over an apartment, that's all. Had I gone with an apartment, it would've been here for sure.
My experience getting the tour from Elliot and him working with us to find what we needed was fantastic. Elliot was very flexible to meet our needs and while touring the grounds, the interaction between him and the current residents made it immediately clear that he cared about his residents

I cannot sing the praises of Overlook and it's staff enough. The building is fantastic with wonderful amenities. The staff is on top of things in a way that you wouldn't find in your average apartment complex.
The staff actively go out of their way to get to know you. More often than not I'm greeted by name with a wave and a smile. This is achieved through a present staff and frequent gatherings as a means to promote familiarity.
The building is very animal friendly, including dogs (another feature you don't find in many apartment buildings). There are animal based amenities that takes the hassle

My boyfriend and I have been living here since the building opened. We are overall very happy with our experience here. We were able to pick the exact unit we wanted, and they are dog friendly, making the community in the building mainly other dog owners! They have a great trail by the creek for a quick walk for your dog, and the upgraded and open feel of the units made this the perfect apartment for us. Staff is very responsive and friendly, and maintenance requests are usually answered within 24 hours during regular business days.

I moved into Overlook recently & am in LOVE with my new apartment. Each deck has a grill & the huge kitchen with an island which makes it perfect for hosting friends over for a bbq! I'm also excited for spending time up on the amazing rooftop with friends this summer! I also have to say they did a great job with the acoustics because I never hear my neighbors. It is so beautiful & I am so excited to come home every day. I'd highly recommend this building!
