I just toured at Gallery Flats and my experience was wonderful! The management/maintenance team was welcoming and accommodating, and anyone we passed said hello. Their one bedroom apartment had a beautiful balcony, a washer and dryer, as well as great space for everyday living. Although these things are great, it is the people aspect that really made the tour as lovely as it was. It sounds like pets will be welcome soon, too!

After giving my 60 day notice to Sidal Realty & Alar Enterprises, who owns Gallery Flats, claimed I had to pay for 85 days even being on a "month-to-month" lease at a much higher rate. Sidal/Alar is intentionally suckering residents out of an extra month of rent with deceptive wording and by offsetting the lease period into the middle of the month. My several attempts to resolve this amicably failed.
On top of renting with them resulting in months of stress, I had to contact a lawyer for refusing the return of my deposit despite a clear walkthrough. Lawyer fees are more expensive so they continue
