As a new patient I expected better... Xray then wait 15 minutes then polish and wait 15 more minutes... Nobody communicating...strike one... I was getting frustrated so I got out of the chair to see what's going on...so finally a woman comes up and says I will examine your teeth...I say who are you? She says she's the doctor... You don't introduce yourself to new patients? Strike 2...then she wasn't gentle like a good dentist is...poor personality... Strike 3...to top it off as soon as I walked out I started feeling poorly physically which lasted the rest of the day...strike 4...longest review

I had X-ray done without a protection- hello
Than dental assistant polish your teeth before dentist scraps plaque out!!!
Than Dentyst comes by and … she doesn’t do any scraping at all…and that supposed to be teeth cleaning WOW
I think if it was 1900 we would get better service sorry
I wouldn’t send an enemy there !!!

Personally I think it’s wonder that she excepts Medi-Cal, because so many doctors don’t. However, that being said I would never have went to her if I didn’t have Medi-Cal. First of all her staff barely answers the phone, and it’s difficult to get them to call you back to make an appointment. Three different times I made an appointment, and they somehow confused when my appointment was. Living an hour and a half away from there I had to sit in the waiting room for them to have time to do something with me, because they’ve messed up my appointment time (every time I went there). I love Dr. Ngo. Yeah, sometimes the front desk people are rude and disorganized, but they're high school kids, so... Dr. Ngo is very professional and honest with you about your teeth. She can lay out a treatment plan for you based on cost and need, and she's very up front about what you need to have done. Highly recommend.

I am surprised to see all the bad reviews with this office because we had GREAT experience here. My mom needs an implant and this office offered us a really good deal. Dr. Ngo was extremely attentive and I can tell she is one of those few dentists who TRUELY care about her patients. I will DEFINITELY come back if I need any dental work!!

I had my first visit this month. At first I was hesitant to go because they didn’t have a very high rating. But when I arrived, I was surprised by the welcoming staff. Everyone here is very nice and makes you feel right at home. I came in for a check-up and a cleaning and was pleased. I have to go back this month for a filling. I will be making this my family dentist for now on.

Stay away from this dental office. I have Delta Dental HMO insurance. I went in for an exam and X-rays. After the exam they told be that I needed 4 crowns, 1 filling along with a medicated rinse treatment. The estimate was $4500. I took the X-rays to another dentist that had treated me before when I had a PPO insurance. I paid him out of my pocket for a 2nd opinion to see if I needed all this work done. The second dentist told me that my teeth were fine and didn't need all that work that was quoted by Brookside Dental. He said that all I really needed was a cleaning. This Dental Office attempted
