Buyer beware! We purchased tickets for Universal and Disney to be used May 2020. Both parks are closed and we are unable to go. I called both theme parks and they are offering complete refunds for any tickets purchased directly through them. When I contacted Visit Orlando, I was told that they are not giving any refunds. My only options are to go later (which is not possible for my family, give my tickets away, or just get used to the idea that I have lost $1000.00.
Bottom line: Don't plan ahead. Don't buy things from third party vendors.

This place is the best kept secret in Orlando for buying Disney tickets in a pinch. They sell the plastic card required for direct entry at the park turnstiles. If you don't have a Disney wrist band activated, anywhere else you pre-purchase tickets, you'll have to wait in another line at the park gate and be issued a plastic entry card. You can save yourself a lot of time, especially on a crowded Disney weekend, by purchasing tickets here.

This review is for Lilly's on the lake restaurant, Clermont. I had a great time at this restaurant last weekend. The service was very good.The menu is reasonably priced and there is probably something on it for everyone. Great appetizers; excellent seafood. The drink menu was also pretty extensive I will save this location when I would want to have a quality time. Overall - great place! I would recommend this restaurant to one and all.

This is a total scam! They are not located by any parks so if you aren't driving you have to pay a taxi to take you for tickets and then to the park! Do not use them! There are no refunds and no way for a bank to stop the transaction! I am beyond furious!! The site does not let you know until AFTER you make payment that they aren't by the park!!

Ordered tickets in advance and walked up to the counter to pick them up and the representative was not polite. She did not and could not answer any questions. She wanted to hand me my tickets and she was very inpatient with me and give me a brochure that I could look at for any additional information. It was not worth the savings to go through them and be treated with such rudeness.

My mother and I paid $75 for two tickets to Disney Quest months in advance, they do not allow for printing of tickets, will not make arrangements to get tickets to Disney Quest or the WDW resort we are staying in and they're not giving us a refund since we have no means of transportation. To go from our resort, to their location and back is about $60+ by taxi - that's not including the meter running for asking them to wait for God knows how long to just get the tickets. And to have the tickets mailed to you in advance was not reasonable either. The cost of "shipping" was more than what we "saved

This Tourist Center has it all! Brochures from almost every restaurant, theme park, and attractions in the area. There is a full wall of brochures and a couple racks to find most of anything you are looking for. An added bonus is that you can find many discounts and coupons at some of the stores you were planning on visiting. We found a good 6-8 decent discount coupons that we would be able to use. Another perk was that they had goodie bags (yellow M&M bag) that had a couple things in it, Crest, ? shampoo/conditioner, Icebreakers Ice Cubes, Aleve, a woman's Schick Quattro shaver, and 2
