Having our roots deeply ingrained in Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties, has allowed us to see tremendous success right in our own backyard. Currently we focus all of our efforts in Ventura and Santa Barbara counties, but are certainly willing and capable of working outside of these 2 markets. Through the experience and expertise of our team, we are not limited to focus our efforts solely on entry level homes.
