We had a great experience with Herrick! The staff and management has been awesome to deal with and very supportive and sweet! We rarely had issues but if anything came up they were very helpful with a solution! Would definitely recommend!

Never. Again. Helen is rude, especially over the phone, and nothing ever got fixed first time (and I am talking about a huge leak in our ceiling, which ended up being a recurring leak 3 times, not something minor). Every single time we'd get an apology from her and every single time her excuse was that someone in her family had been in hospital. I am definitely not unsympathetic, but it just seemed so convenient and happened about six times over two years. Even so, someone else in the office should be able to help out.

I love Herrick Property Mgmt - have been a tenant of theirs for several years. They're courteous, highly professional, VERY quick to respond to any issue, and quick to notify me of anything needed in the way I request (email, phone, work etc.). They've gone out of their way to communicate with me quickly on issues - I've never worked with a more responsive agency. I appreciate that they're a locally-owned small business, and love the staff there. Not sure why the negative reviews... it looks like people want exceptions, and I understand that, but they're hired to manage properties on behalf of

Staff is rude and completely incompetent starting with the owner, we've been living in an apartment with the worst kind of people upstairs and we complain and complain to them and they never did anything about it. We saw another property that we said maybe is gonna be better because is a townhouse, we talked to them if they could fix the bathtub that was gross but they said no, bottom line is herrick's owner decided to evict us! 2 thumbs up for Herrick!!

I wish I could post zero stars for Herrick Property Management. We rented from them in the past, and it was a horrible experience. The house had black mold, and they tried to blame us for the mold...we became very sick and had to move. When we moved they kept the whole deposit when we had the place professionally clean, they tried to charge us for the mold, and lack of ventilation. This agency is unprofessional.

I have worked with the team at Herrick Property Management for over 25 years. For ALL of the 25 years, Herrick Property Management has readily and efficiently handle all issue with my properties. Their maintenance man, Vincent, has repaired several things in each unit with efficiency and quality of work. I would highly recommend, as a property owner, Herrick Property Management.
