Empire Management

As a long-distance property owner, I need to have a property management team I can trust. All the people at Empire Management have been wonderful to work with -- they are extremely responsive to my questions and requests, and they are very detailed in their answers, including sending photographs when possible. I have worked with the Empire team for a couple of years now, and I have no hesitation in recommending them for property management. They are professional, and they do what they say they are going to do.

I've used a few property management companies in the past and Empire has been the best. They has been managing my rental property for over a year, including two tenant placements. Very professional, quick to respond, keeps clean and thorough accounting, offers good advise, and overall pleasure to work with. Because of the quality of their services, I've considered additional rental property specifically in their property management coverage area. Highly recommended.

Been trying to get a hold of someone. No one responds, I have business partners that want to lease a commercial space. I definitely recommend going somewhere else. Communication is absolutely terrible.

I had the pleasure of working with Empire Management over a 6+ year period in which I had a rental property in Ventura. Empire was always quick to respond to any inquiries, and were extremely trustworthy watching over my biggest investment. They handled tenants moving in and out, performing a timely move-out inspection, and addressing any action items from the inspection so that the home could be put on the market as soon as possible. Small local company, with great customer service. I grew up in Ventura but moved out of the area and have never had any issues with them. They manage my two properties in Ventura County and I don't worry about doing any work. They deal with the tenants, manage everything, and then send me the monthly reports.

I have had 5 properties with this company for over 20 years. They have kept my properties rented and profitable the entire time. Even though they have changed ownership recently, their values, service and honesty have remained the same. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants honest service, not a bunch of fluff and sales B.S. to make them feel better.

My Dad, Jim was the one that did all the work and running around and made sure everything was perfect on the rentals. So sad that his ex wife and her sister Cristy were ripping my Dad off and that is why Carla became the ex wife. My Dad worked his whole life for this business, and then finds out his wife and sister in law were ripping him off.
