After taking my $70.00 to process my application on a home I was neither notified that application was received nor the fact that the owner went with someone else. I had to call Scott myself and he feebly gave me an excuse that he's been busy. Not the way to respect others time, money nor home search. Would not recommend.

When I first moved to Ventura I found VIP while looking for a home to rent. Scott has always been respectful, responsive, friendly and professional with me. I've been renting one of the homes he manages for 2 years now. I've only ever had 3 or 4 maintenance issues during this time, but each time Scott has been quick to respond and take care of any issues. Scott has a great online support tool for renters that allows me to pay my rent online (which is a great time saver to avoid monthly trips to the post office for stamps or trips to the office to drop off payment) there is also a maintenance request
