Nelson Associates, Inc. has a long history of working with public housing authorities both large and small. Our primary focus has been to address the needs of our clients, owners and residents of affordable housing through the provision of, full service property management, Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program management and real estate development services.

Nelson & Associates were hired to manage our portfolio of properties in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. They said all the right things in the beginning but things started to go south after a few months. The properties were in not great shape due to the previous management company but Nelson kept hounding us to dump more money into things but yet never followed up on what exactly what was needed. In addition, they tried desperately to get rid of our maintenance person who had been with us for five years and later we found out why.
