One of the worst companies for tenants. Unprofessional, untruthful. A made up lie was written down and notated before I even filled out paperwork work to apply. (Like so many other companies) will make hired staff write positive reviews. They do not care what problem you face whether reasonable or not will manipulate the owner of the company to get their way. They have kicked out people with medical condition and are very unresponsive.

I’ve rented from PMG for almost a year now, and I have to say this is by far the best property management/rental management company I’ve ran across. Anytime I’ve ever needed anything done or any questions or help with anything with the house they’ve reacted quickly and handled it professionally. I’ve rented from a few places but this company is by far the best, the house was and is in beautiful shape. We have been renting for a month now. We were excited about getting into the rental as it fit our needs. The home itself is perfect however, the company has its flaws. We were asked to put repairs into the portal and did as such. I was contacted the following day and had repairs set up. Mind you the company contacted me forst via phone and text to get things handled. Everything was set until the manager we signed with stepped in. She asked that we only contact via email and I did as such, however, she never she would reach out using the form of communication that she requested. To this day it has

I have been with this company for 4 years. I found out in June of this year that I owed $150 in late fees. They have blocked me on all formats and out of no where they are giving me a 30 day notice to vacate the premises. Very unprofessional company. Ron treats his tenants very badly. I don’t recommend this company to no one. Lesson learned. I’m pretty sure they will respond to this review but not to a phone call. Very disappointed. Bad service all together. I used this company to manage my rentals, they did a terrible job to say the least and essentially scammed me of my money - do NOT trust this company with your assets or properties.
There are many other reputable property managemrnt companies in Greenville, do not settle for scumbag property management services (aka PMOG) when you don’t have to.
