We started Deuth Property Management 7 years ago to help people wade through the ever changing rental world. We started with a few duplexes and now through referrals by our customers we have grown to managing single family homes and apartment buildings around the metro area. Craig Deuth is a liar who will offer any half-baked excuse for why he is ignoring his tenants.
Asked about a room getting repainted and Craig said he “talked to the owner” and it couldn’t be done. (Craig is the owner, sooo….)
Moved into a unit w/o a/c but it took A MONTH for them to put screens in so we could keep squirrels out of the house.
Told us our washer/dryer were “free amenities” even though they were in the lease, so we were obviously paying for them.
Consistently ignored and delayed requests for repair.
When a repair person was actually sent, it was just some dude completely

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I’ve never left a review on anything before, but I feel compelled to warn future renters about the treatment they will experience. I contacted about touring a property and gave days that would work, but no effort was made or respect was given to work with our availability and instead he chose a completely different time for a showing. Nonetheless, I agreed and went to tour the property. I spent an hour traveling via public transportation and walking (not to mention having to pay for it), only to show up to the house and have a maintenance worker inform us that

I'd give 0 if I could - slow to respond (if there is a response) on maintenance, lies about getting carpets cleaned before move in AND THEN CHARGES YOU WHEN YOU MOVE OUT, poor communication, unprofessional with documents, etc - the list could continue. Our frustration worked to their favor because we just wanted to be done with this experience instead of pressing legal matters. Avoid doing business with them if you can

Terrible experience if it would be possible to give 0 stars I would. This company would lose our rent checks each month. And ask to send for another one and end up cashing both checks including "lost" ones. Poor communication, rude service. Our move-out day was a nightmare as they were rude and wouldn't answer questions on previous damages. Now waiting on security deposits back and I'm sure that will be equally as much of an issue as everything else. SAVE THE HEADACHE AND DO NOT RENT FROM DEUTH PROPERTY MANAGEMENT!!!!

These two are the worst property management service I have ever seen. I have rented from many places and never had such a problem. I found a nice condo listed on Craigslist and decided to rent it. Even before renting it, they hardly responded to emails and it was never in a timely manner. When I got the keys and had the initial walkthrough, there was paint touchups all over that were a different color than the wall paint. Deuth Property Management took over the property I was renting in August. We moved out at the end of September. I have called 7 times and emailed 3 or 4 times to get a walk-through and talk about our security deposit. No one will respond. It has been over a month and I have heard nothing. I will be tracking down the new owners of the property to get my money back. They claim to be the go-between for renters and owners. I would steer clear of this company on both ends.

I paid $105 in application fee for a place i was interested in they never denied or approved my application because they would not communicate with me after i paid. I called ,texted and emailed for over two weeks and nobody got back to me. I paid alot of money the least they can do is talk to me. Horrible experience overall I would not recommend this business to my worst enenmy
