Tried for a very long time with multiple calls and emails and was never able to reach anyone. They seem to be able to quickly post online ads for their available spots but somehow I can never reach them. My partner was able to reach Carmen ONCE and then she never responded back again. Don’t waste your time reaching out.

Critical: Responsiveness
HARD PLACE TO GET A HOLD OF. Tried for a week and left a few voice mail and emails. No response. There telephone service makes it hard to just get a hold of a human. Got charged for a car removal, but I still have my car. They made a mistake. I'm to the point where I'm going to drive to the office. Not a happy costumer.

I’ve been with this property management for a total of four years. Two years at one property and second year at current property. Pro Realty is professional and courteous, also understanding when situations arise, very speedy on maintenance and repairs! Highly recommend them.

I've only been renting through PRO Realty for about a year but from the short amount of time we've used them, they have been wonderful. Responsive to maintenance requests and extremely responsive to emails and questions. Giving Erika a shout out, she's been really great to work with, positive, and speedy! Pro Realty: Hang on to her, she's a good one!

We seen and fell in love with a property on line. I sent an e-mail and never got a reply. Went to the website where it tells you where to click to schedule a showing and either the link doesn't work or it takes you back to the previous page. I was so adamant about the property I gave them a call a couple days later. No one answered and their wasn't even an option to leave a voice mail. I found this really odd considering most properties I've contacted usually replied by the next business day. So I decided to google the company. After reading all of the reviews I see that they definitely are not

Stay away, what a horrible company. Waited over 8 days to get an answer, multiple emails and phone calls and days and days with no answer. The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. So there’s no way I would tell anybody to have anything to do with this company. As you can see, this review matches all the rest. Stay away..

$50 application fee for them to not answer the phone. No communication at all sent in all my personal information. With no respond so I emailed back and asked for a contact number my return email from pro reality service just Asked for more personal information. They definitely don’t value customers. Upon finally speaking with someone 5 days after I did my application. I find out my application hasn’t even been submitted yet!!!! Very uncomfortable feeling. Not to mention I received an email the next day after doing my application stated it was submitted!! And speaking with the supervisor made

They are absolutely awful. The hire incompetent, rude, and invasive maintenance reps. One invaded my home for no reason. It is only because I have a security system that I caught them. I contacted pro-realty. They did nothing about it except apologize. They are taking forever to change my locks and furthermore charged me for the maintenance trip. Do not rent from them if you are worried about your rights being violated as a tenant or expect any type or real customer service. The reason I didnt give them one star is Erika that works there has been great with move-in and move- out scenarios.

Have been a tenant for about 5 years and counting. Maintenance requests are answered promptly and any issues are quickly resolved with great communication from the office. You can always count on talking to a real person during business hours. I have read some recent reviews and im surprised on the bad ones as that has not been my experience at all.
