Launch's non-profit, Refuge International, partners with local churches to love refugees and immigrants.

Launch apartments are clean, well maintained, and managed by our always friendly and accessible team. I would recommend a Launch apartment to a friend because my Resident Manager has a good heart and they care for me.

They are slum lords don't move to any property they don't have enough maintenance people then they don't clean up after they selves, after they eork they leave ceilings tiles down and dirt every wherever they take months to address maintenance issues the property manager does not care he ignores your concerns

This property management is the worst management company you can ever imagine. It is so crazy and unprofessional that my resident manager won’t even answer my calls or talk to me. Only respond by text. They don’t fixed nothing when broke
Please DO NOT go there for any of your housing needs, you will regret it. My AC being broke for about week and no body came to look at it.

This management Co. Is unbelievable, well pictures speak a million words. ZERO response when you call ,go to office , its ashame lived here close to 4yrs , but can't stay under these conditions.

They do not fix Homes they leave your air conditioner broke they leave mold underneath your bathroom sink they do not return your phone calls they do not fix back doors when your house gets broken into and you have a please report they want to kick you out of the house and expect you to pay horrible company
