Horrible place to rent the management only cares about money they don't care about the property the parking lots or the maintenance the one thing u here when u have a complaint is well noting we can do if i could i would have never signed a lease. when the rent is due it is aways more then what the told you when you signed the lease they add in all these fee and charges that should not exist

I live at “country club” in Summerville SC
List goes on, was lied to about the property to start off moved all the way from RI. Had two dogs attacked by the same neighbor it took 8 months a court case for the “property management” to do a thing. We’ve had 3 different property managers all three lied to us and then stopped responding and our ending our lease with our one. Slider door was replaced, they just screwed a 2x4 to the floor because it was installed improperly. It doesn’t open fully because it’s crooked and it’s exposed to the outdoors. Also place wasn’t wired for cable

I live in Lakewood Apartments located in Milford Ohio. Manager Linda Brewer is very unprofessional. I moved in 2020 and my lease was up in August 2121. I didn’t want to sign another lease due to Covid my hours got cut from job of 16 years and I didn’t know if I can afford to live here so I went to a month to month and they charge me an extra hundred dollars a month for not signing a lease. So my rent went up from $ 640.00 month to $740.00 that didn’t included water & pet fee before I moved I was paying $ 795.00 and I still had to pay electric.And they tacked on $15 for rental insurance that

Maintenance takes forever to respond and doesn't communicate very well. The shower faucet was broken in my apartment so I put in an urgent request for maintenance on Saturday night. They ended up coming Monday morning without any knowledge of me knowing when they would arrive. Maintenance came in, ripped off the faucet and went to home depot. It's taking them forever to get back to my apartment and at the time of this writing it's still not fixed. At this point I'm probably better off doing it myself. Another thing is, the locks were taken off the front door entrance of the apartment without any

Not responsive. I’ve been living in the Middleton apartment for 3+ years and Since Sundance has taking over the lobby has been filthy. 0/2 of my maintenance request in the last 12 month have either been ignored or went unseen. They Don’t communicate anything beyond rent which they double charged me one month completely unprofessional. the management team is uninvolved and negligent. I don’t normally write reviews but it’s gotten so bad I feel like people need to know.

While we love our apartment itself, the building, Hyde Park Terrace, seemingly has owners that don't care about the building at all. Our elevator hasn't worked since February/March and the service elevator works every few days for an hour or so making it difficult to do anything but especially go to the basement for laundry and walk the dog. Normally I would welcome the exercise but I need hip replacement and didn't sign a lease for a 5th floor walk up. It's infuriating. The owners need to stop band-aiding problems and actually FIX THEM with competent people. It is such a great area so it is sad

Was contacted sooner than I expected after filling out the application. The in office experience was very pleasant, and professional. The apartment is perfect on every way, including new carpet. The location is almost ideal, located far enough from the main road to be very quiet. Access to the complex is limited to one entrance making it safer. I am very happy with my new apartment
