Tried for 2 weeks to get info on a new rental they had listed. Left numerous messages and never got a call back. Finally i asked to speak with owner but the girl that answers phone would not let me talk to the owner or leave a message, told me i should refer to the website for info. Made me feel like talking to a human was not allowed. I asked the girl on the phone what if i was a current renter, she responded that i would need to go to the portal. I bet if i was late on my rent they would call me immediately. I just had some simple questions and wanted to talk to someone. It made me not want to

Incredible group of compassionate and quick-to-respond people. Everyone on the staff has always gone the extra mile for me, and offered immediate, same-day service any time possible. I have used Robert Massey for 4 years now. They have assisted my at first through a full eviction and have since helped with tenant screenings/rental, property repairs/upkeep, re-renting, and even listing my unit. They are professional, communicative, and informed in all their recommendations. As an out of state owner it provides peace of mind knowing my property is being maintained and I am being properly informed of both positive and negative news. Updating my rating now that I've lived here awhile, hoping I didn't mislead anyone. They had asked me to post back then so I did even though I hadn't really interacted with them much. If I could go back now, I wouldn't have left the big complex.
While I still really like my condo and maintenance wise I haven't had too much trouble, I have been less than impressed with the office staff of Robert Massey. I've honestly never been treated so rudely. They do have hidden charges and their lease agreement is misleading on multiple things and they are very argumentative about it so be cautious. I've talked

As a former employee, Robert Massey Company has been one of the best places I have worked. The most enjoyable part of the job was that the atmosphere felt like family. If you're looking for a company that really shows their appreciation to their employees then you found the right place. I worked the front desk while also helping with accounts receivable/payable. I really enjoyed being able to connect with tenants and owners and making sure they all had great experiences. We had a great experience with Robert Massey! Thank you Teri and team! We tried renting out our home for years but the renters were a headache and we weren't even breaking even. When we hired Robert Massey Company to manage our rental the headache was gone! They took care of us for almost five years! They kept it rented, we were finally earning money and they kept it running smoothly! Then when it came time to sell it, they seamlessly took care of that too! My husband and I purchased our first house and after finding out that it was infested with toxic mold and uninhabitable, we found ourselves looking for an apartment. We were really dreading dealing with all that comes with apartment living but fortunately, we found Robert Massey. I have always had a great experience while renting through this company. I have lived at my residence for almost 3 years. When I first moved in my water heater didn't work and my heart sank. As soon as I informed the people of Robert Massey Company, they had it fixed the very next day even though it was a weekend. They always have people out here fast for maintenance, always easy to talk to. If I ever need to rent again I will for sure be going through them. I absolutely love the security.

I've been renting from Robert Massey for almost a year now and I've had nothing but good experiences with them. They have great communication and are extremely professional. Any time we've had issues, they had their maintenance staff reach us immediately. Their leasing terms are also very reasonable and I can tell they have their renters and the owners of the rental property both in mind.

I have been renting with Robert Massey for almost 2 years now & I have never had any issues since day one. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with this company. Beth & Karen have been so GREAT & WONDERFUL to my sons & I. They made my move into my apartment a very easy & comfortable transition for me & I couldn’t be more grateful for them.
