This property group does not care about the tenants they have.
Everytime something happens and I have needed something fixed, they are rude, no time frame, they do not want to pay to get it fixed right.
Don is the owner he says, and he is just as bad, as Heather that is rude at the desk.
They need to be put out of business.
My house is not up to code but I have contacted Metro and something will be done about the problems I have soon.

Went to go visit an old friend of mine, on the lower level of their 400 main St, senior living. I was there for enough time to see two grown bed bugs which is probably signs of infestation. He said they had problems in building last year which they didn't do much for. They seem like they're pretty good management when it comes to dealing with property violations, such as smoking in the apartments. The building itself in the inside looks dirty, the carpet, the walls, and the fabuloso mopping needs to be stopped it's not doing anything.

Just moved into an apartment with Bailey Property Management. The staff was very informative and let me know everything I needed to do in order to make the moving process as smooth as possible. They resolved a few maintenance issues I had concerns about before my move in date! Speedy, professional, and friendly! Definitely rent from this company!

My girlfriend and I have been renting from Baileys for a couple years now. Originally it was just her apartment and then I moved in a couple months later. Everyone in the office made the transition really easy, all I had to do was apply and then schedule an appointment to come sign the lease. Our apartment is great and they have the option to get rent taken out of your bank account automatically and you can submit maintenance requests via email or over the phone so that makes things super easy. We definitely plan to renew our lease next year!

Our experience with Bailey Property Management has been great! Our friends, other tenants of Bailey Properties, recommended us to begin our apartment search here. They spoke highly of the service and staff. When we came to check out an apartment, we were greeted kindly and our needs and concerns for apartments were listened to carefully. The property manager informed us that the apartment we came to look at was wonderful, but that they had another one recently ready that we would love! We took her advice and moved in a couple of days later to the one she suggested! It is the most amazing apartment

I have been renting from Bailey Property Management for about a year and a half now. I have never had any complaints, the staff is always respectful and prompt to address the few maintenance requests I have put in. I moved from one of their properties to another when my lease ended and Mindy was very helpful in helping me find something that fit my new needs. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a cute apartment in the Highlands area!
