The worst company to work for EVER!! They do not care about their employees or their residents. Do not work for them or live at any of their properties. They treat their employees like they are nothing and their apartments have very bad mold, roaches and bed bugs. Take it from someone who worked at one of their properties. They only care about taking your money.

Critical: Responsiveness, Value
I pay in advance and they have charged me late fees. They charge me month to month fees that are outrageous. And they don’t work to reach a compromise with you. I’m just waiting on an appraisal on a house and they do not communicate to you or try to understand anything.

Critical: Quality
Today, I went to visit my daughter at Branson Creek Commons and her ceiling leaking in the dining room from plumbing issues. How ironic and we lived in the same building. This is not acceptable when are you going to get this issue resolved. Major plumbing issues people please avoid renting from this place especially military families.

I recently moved out of Branson Creek Commons and after my walk through inspection with the maintenance supervisor he reported that everything was fine with the apartment. However, three days later I was told that I was being accessed a $70.00 charge for carpet cleaning and the carpet was cleaned. When I received a copy of the final report false information was put on the document as to why I was moving out. Beware the office staff uses unethical practices by reporting false information to keep part or all of security deposits. My reasoning for moving was strictly related to maintenance issues

I am dissatisfied with the quality of my apartment. There are maintenance issues that I have reported and is still currently unresolved. In addition, I am due to renew my lease and the rent has been raised. Unfortunately, due to these issues I cannot grant a higher rating and I won't be renewing my lease. It's sad because the location is great but the quality and value is poor.

Disgusting place to live, mold is abundant in many of the units and they do less than a half assed job. I understand for some people that living cheap is the only way to go but don't sacrifice your health for a horrible excuse for a place. The management is very shady and cut corners like crazy. If it's not mold, it's leaky roofs causing water danger throughout. Overall, avoid this place AT ALL COSTS.

Welcome home to Riverside Palms!
Move over Cardi B & Migos; Riverside Palms will have you coming through dripping (drip, drip)!! Not with diamonds of course, but with the refreshing water view. At any point of the day, you may hear the calming white noise of water flowing as it leaks through your roof. Decor getting old? No worries! Water stains are a neutral and can really go with anything. Best of all, mold is included at no extra charge! If you're like me and find the speckled black spots to clash, don't worry, they will happily paint over it (notice how I didn't say "

I recently visited Center Court Apartments to inquire about residency there. I must say I was very impressed. The current management staff there is very professional and has done an excellent job of updating the property. A few years ago I inquired about residency there and wasn’t pleased with the maintenance of the property. I was given a tour of a few apartments and was very pleased. The units had new flooring, kitchen cabinets and appliances. Freshly painted walls, spacious walk-in closets, new tub, toilet and vanity. I am definitely thinking about making it my new home.

I was looking through an apartment guide and happen to notice Center Court Apartments on the listings. I figured, why not go take a look? The moment I entered the leasing office I was greeted by a very nice staff. They were absolutely amazing and answered all of my questions. To be honest, just that little experience helped me make a decision verses all the other places I looked at. Overall I give this place 5 STARS. Even the maintenance crew was SUPER helpful. I look forward to spending the next few years here and building a relationship with the staff.

Mold and disingenuous management. I lived at Riverview Apartments from Dec 2 through Feb 28 (though i only resided there from Dec 2 through Jan 9th. When i returned to the apartment after surgery in February i noticed an odor and went poking about and found mold in numerous locations. I informed management ASAP and their answer was to put a new coat of paint on the problem and a couple of other band aid solutions (which if one does any research at all will notice these solutions are ineffective as the mold continues to grow). I did a mold test (airborn) and the results from the lab came back

*Note: I do not live here, nor have I ever lived here. After my experience with the leasing agent, I don't think I would ever want to.*
For starters, please don't use the singular exterior candid shot of the complex to gauge what the outside looks like - the buildings are chipped and run down, there are potholes in roads older than my mother (no offense, ma), and the whole place takes "rustic" to an entirely new level. The surrounding area is a little shady as well, meaning the roads are also incredibly old, and the houses on either side of the complex fit to match. BUT - I
