Our inspectors are certified by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, the only home inspector training program that is accredited by a US Department of Education recognized agency. We adhere to comprehensive Standards of Practice and are required to stay up to date with the industry's most rigorous continuing education courses.

Our job is not done when the inspection finishes. We like to be a resource for all of our clients home needs during and after the home inspection. We provide our clients with an online community as a resources for all things home maintenance and repairs. We also leave each client with a Now That. We encourage our clients to be present (if possible).

A buyer's inspection is performed for home buyers. A pre-listing Inspection is performed for home sellers. Both Inspections include all major systems and components of the home. Upon completion of the inspection, your Certified Professional Inspector will review their findings with you and provide a full digital report the same day.

My wife and I were buying a lake home in Brown County and I know absolutely no one out there. I needed a home inspector and figured I would have to do my own leg work to find a good one. I thought about calling a few Realtors and getting their recommendations, however I know that business and its all about greasing palms. As a side note, never use your Realtors recommendations on a home inspector because they have a vested interest to not find any deal breakers.
