We provide our clients with an online community as a resources for all things home maintenance and repairs. We also leave each client with a Now That. A buyer's inspection is performed for home buyers. A pre-listing Inspection is performed for home sellers. Both Inspections include all major systems and components of the home. Upon completion of the inspection, your Certified Professional Inspector will review their findings with you and provide a full digital report the same day.

My wife and I were buying a lake home in Brown County and I know absolutely no one out there. I needed a home inspector and figured I would have to do my own leg work to find a good one. I thought about calling a few Realtors and getting their recommendations, however I know that business and its all about greasing palms. As a side note, never use your Realtors recommendations on a home inspector because they have a vested interest to not find any deal breakers.
