I cant say enough about how pleased I am with Garret at Crystal Home Inspections. I had a short time frame in my purchase transaction to complete my inspection period. The day I called Garret, he came out the same day! Talk about great customer service. His inspection was thorough, he answered all my questions and even wrote a report of the… deficient issues that I could send to seller in my inspection response that was very detailed. After I sent, the seller agreed to repair/replace everything Garrett had wrote in that report. Saved me a ton of money! Thanks again Garret! I will be referring
