If you're looking for a terrific home inspector, these are your guys -- Dale and Daniel Dietrich are great. I've done MANY home inspections with them and can't recommend them enough for a thorough review of your home purchase.
They will give you an honest assessment of every nook and cranny with details and photos. Some don't do that but these guys cover the big important items
They are sharp shooters and don't beat around the bush with niceties, they'll just tell you how it is. I hate guessing games with homes and these guys have seen everything and have greatly helped me.
