If you are looking to see and be seen in a club where everyone is checking everyone else out, Odenton Fitness is not for you. This is a gym. There is no question that man life long friendships and even marriages have started at our club. But the primary purpose of our gym is to help you get is shape so you can be the best you that you can be.
Odenton Fitness is a full-service fitness center with the latest in fitness equipment. Our Life Fitness treadmills, bikes (both recumbent and upright) are equipped with built in televisions to let you select what you want to watch while working out. Unique to this area, Odenton Fitness has an Olympic-size boxing ring and a full selection of heavy bags for individual boxing.
We are extremely proud of our facility at Odenton Fitness. It is hard to find a health club that is more aesthetically pleasing that our Odenton/Millersville facility. With wide open space clean space with 40 foot ceilings, it has the look every health club covets. One member told me recently that it just "feels like home" when you walk in Club One.
Fitness programs are short-term, structured, goal-centered workouts. Programs are great for those new to working out and need help in determining what exercises and how to do them correctly. Or, for people who have specific interests when it comes to working out and want to learn a new skill or exercises.
Extreme Strength Agility and Conditioning (SAC) is a performance boosting workout designed to take your strength and endurance to the next level. The workouts are always challenging and include cross training, body weight exercises, TRX suspension straps, battle ropes, sleds, tires and much more to ensure a variety in every workout.

If you looked at my past review, you'd know that I'm not just a guy that posts bad things about businesses. I give any and all businesses the benefit of the doubt, even when they do me wrong. Odenton Fitness was my go to gym. I loved it here and loved the people. About a year or so ago I had gotten laid off from work. With my savings being my only source to keep my lights on, a roof over my head, and food in my refrigerator, I reached out to, what I thought was a gym focused on community and informed them of my situation and that I had to put my membership on hold. Na'eem is an amazing trainer! I just moved from Maryland to Massachusetts, and his classes at Odenton Fitness are what I miss the most.

This gym is "interesting" . I went at the suggestion of my 19 yr old son who is a fitness buff like me.

The first thing I noticed was how hard it is to find without a GPS or google maps - and I live in the area. There are literally NO signs or signage on the building other than a very small sticker on the front door. Hmmmmm....
Next, when I walked through the door there was an older out of shape gentleman and a very young lady at the front counter. They didnt greet me so I spoke up and mentioned that I heard about the gym and was interested in finding out more. I came dressed to workout

I really like this gym and would recommend it to others. They have a convenient trial membership so you can try the gym out for a few days to see if it meets your needs. The location is convenient, the staff are very friendly, it's clean, and it's open 24 hours a day.

Odenton Fitness is a great gym to visit, not just for the equipment but also for community. Their experienced staff members are there to make sure that you succeed in all of your fitness goals. How do I know that you ask? Because I've been a long standing member of this establishment, that's how... When the gym was in another location, the community of people huddled around me to assist me in achieving my then over 100 pound weight loss!

Since the gym has relocated, I've rejoined and have rededicated myself to my fitness journey. I just have to keep reminding myself that slow and

I've been trying to cancel my membership since December. I've called multiple times and emailed. The owner is never around and the staff is incapable of dealing with membership issues. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS!

Great place, great people. I have been working out with Na'eem since April. Training includes boxing, weightlifting, circuit training. They have programs for every age, gender and physical condition. Na'eem is great, he really knows his job and will help you get to your results fast.

I absolutely love this gym and the people who work here. No judgement, no one staring at you while you work out. Everyone here is focused and working hard. Lots of space, tons of equipment, great atmosphere. If you want boxing classes, they've got that too. I will take this gym any day over La Fitness.
