Having been involved in the fitness business for nearly 20 years, I became increasingly frustrated with poor standards in the industry. Standards where sales numbers were more important than member results, boot camps and classes were filled with 20 -30 people and one coach, personal training standards were ridiculously poor, and good training programs and qualified coaches were almost impossible to find.

Services
If you have a specific goal in mind, are rehabilitating an injury, or just want closer personalized attention, personal training is an excellent option. This will allow you to maximize your training experience with individualized coaching and programming (just you and your fitness coach), with a program tailored to your specific goals and needs.
Every day, through our online coaching platform, you'll get a lesson, and a habit to practice. You'll get regular feedback from your coach, and you can reach out to them directly, anytime. We'll coach you for a minimum of 3 months. Stick with us for 3 months-and if you don't see visible results we'll give you back every penny.

The training has been great! Initially my three kids began as a way to stretch/strengthen through growing pains. It became a lot more all the way down to stabilizing muscles to mental strengthening and seeing the results on the competitive field/court. It’s easy to say my kids got stronger and faster but Coach Mortez gives my kids the blueprint to get better each day.

In February, I decided to make a lifestyle change to a healthier me. When I started this journey, I couldn't walk for a long period of time without becoming short of breath, my knees were hurting, and I was unable to do a push-up. Today, I’m much stronger than I was before and was able to do push-ups unassisted! My starting bodyfat was 35% and I'm down to 19%! 👏🙌💪My goal is to continue to work hard to shape, tone and become stronger! All the hard work and determination pays off!
