I've had terrible experiences at dentist before. And was extremely embarrassed of my teeth. I was so afraid that they would shame me for my teeth as other dentist had in the past. They never batted an eye set me up with a treatment plan and helped me get on the path to better teeth. I've had a cleaning three extractions and today I got fillings done in my front teeth.

This is the most rude, obnoxious dental office I have ever been to. I have been trying to get into a dental surgeon (per their request) since JULY! I went back to the Carthage office today in excruciating pain and the dentist told me my tooth is dead and to “just pray the nerves die quickly too.” I asked for anything to help numb or help with pain… but for the 4th time in a row, I’ve been prescribed another antibiotic “because one will work eventually.” In the end, bc the pain is so severe I took myself to the er and they managed to get the pain to a tolerable

Horrible.. all about $. They will do little work to have you keep coming back and getting them paid for the revisits. My child was scheduled a filling appt.. we get there. They want to pull teeth. My wife and I said no please they are baby teeth. Tom and his male staff employee told me They couldn’t treat my daughter if I wouldn’t allow them to… take the teeth. ?????? Why would I allow them to take baby teeth not affecting my child?? If it was infected or bothersome that would be ideal. We were only there for fillings. How can one dictate what treatment you want for your child

How horrible of a place that denies a child dental care. all because 1 appointment is missed and not because it was any reason but because a single parent could not find a ride only after calling everyone she knew in a place she just moved to from 3000 miles away. Now my grandson has a horrible cavity hurting him everyday only after it taking 6… months to actually get him in to you. You should not service children or anyone when your do easily dismiss them and their severe needs. shame on you and then to kick them out completely and say to bad!#! I will pass the word around from new york

I tried this dental clinic based on his work with elderly folks that I have taken care of. I have been sorely disappointed. First, it has been over a year since I have actually seen a dentist when I have come in for dental hygiene. The dentist lied to me after I had a bad experience with one of his dentist and promised to have me see only him. That has never happened since he made that promise. I would not recommend them to anyone. They also waited until the second week in July to tell me they will no longer treat adults. I have a new dentist and the office informed me they have picked up

BEWARE people , the dentist is a smooth talker and a nice sales person. If you go here he will convince you that you have a problem with your teeth and start filing "cavities " or pulling teeth out or referring you to his buddy Lee Atkin (oral surgeon) to have more pulled out. Then set up up for partials to get more insurance money. He knows most patients are ignorant and takes advantage to seize the insurance money. Smooth sales man here. Dentist are always feeling underpaid and this dentist has found a way to keep his pockets lined. Also if your on Medicaid or from the North Country
