I highly recommend Dr. Korwek's office, all staff are very professional. Dr. Korwek is a great dentist, he is confident, competent, and makes you feel very comfortable and very well cared for. Stephanie is likewise very competent, paying close attention to detail for stress free cleanings! The overall office is a very pleasant environment.

I went to Korwek, because one of my teeth was aching, he diagnosed it, needed a filling, so he filled it. The next day the tooth was still sore, I called back Korwek and he said he wanted to bill me again to re examine the tooth. So I went to another dentist and to my surprise the tooth previously filled by Korwek was a rotten tooth. I urge you to stay away from Alexander Korwek, DDS, PC. There are people who have been personally called by Korwek because he did not appreciate their one star review. I call that harassment.

Doc Alex has the skills of a surgeon. He talked to me as a person, not a pay check. The staff are great! I almost feel asleep in the chair, no pain. Very clean and organized. 3 appointments in one month. Not the industry standard of one every six months to get the work done I needed. Appointments were made on the days and times of my choosing not theirs. What else can a person ask for from a dentist?

I was a patient here for three years while stationed at Fort Drum. During the entire time that I was a patient, I never encountered a staff member who was rude or even apathetic about her job. Every single staff member was perfectly courteous and went above and beyond to be helpful. I liked this place so much that I brought my 7-year-old son, and they were excellent with him as well. Most importantly, from what I can tell, Dr. Korwek is an excellent dentist and our teeth are now in perfect health.

Beware! I do not recommend this dentist. They charged me 100 dollars just to pick up medical records among the botch jobs that were done. When I was called about an appointment I let it be known I was on quarantine and they didn’t take it seriously during the heart of a pandemic. I will be reporting them for the 100 dollar charge but I don’t recommend them. Staff is awful and they do not try to help. Dentist does awful work. I still have pain from his fillings.
