This dentist office is amazing from the time I walked in the receptionist was nice and answered any questions I had. Then while you are waiting to be called back the kids can watch the latest movies or watch the train go around. Wait time wasn’t long at all, the nurses and the doctors are so nice and caring and very patient with the children. My son can’t wait to go to the dentist after seeing his sister experience. It sucks that next year is our last year here I definitely would take them all with me.

My kids (6 and almost 3) have been going here since 2019. The entire staff is wonderful. They love going to the dentist now and my 3 year old is so comfortable she climbs right into the chair and wants to go first every time. They truly make it a magical experience, even encouraging the children and staff to wear Christmas PJs this month! Highly recommend! Wish we could take the whole place with us when we move!

I called and left message after hours because my son fell and hit his tooth. I received a response from Jessica very quickly. She was very helpful and put my mind at ease. Watertown Pediatric Dentistry still reached out the following morning and scheduled an appointment to check in his tooth and even offered to clean them the same day. I do not remember the name of our hygienist but she was very sweet! Overall, I appreciate how accommodating and nice everyone was. We had a great experience.

Dr. Andrew is amazing. My girls love going to the dentist. And my 2 week only had his lip tie lasered yesterday and went amazing. All the assistants are so nice and understanding. I drive a ways to go too his office and they accommodate all my needs and work with me. I would recommend his office to anyone with children. It’s definitely worth the drive for me. Thanks so much!

I took my toddler for his first dentist appointment and was immediately blown away by the incredible atmosphere. He loved watching the train run through the office and they played his favorite show on a monitor for him to watch during his exam. Tiffany in particular made his experience incredible, showing him the dental tools and interacting with him every step of the way. Absolutely amazing office and staff!
