It started with a 20 min wait and then our table for two was seated in a back corner in a partially enclosed room with a large party with screaming children who were running around. I ordered the $10 glass of prosecco after seeing the glasses of two other customers served at the bar while waiting filled up to about an inch of the brim. Mine was, sadly, not filled so full. We ordered the caprese appetizer, the veal scallopini,, and pasta Ravenna. The food was served fresh and the entrées were hot. They also have complimentary garlic bread that is delicious. Disgusting excuse for "Authentic Mountain Italian" (I mean, even that description alone sounds a bit like a euphemism, no?) Ordered bruschetta and lingune alle vongole here a few months ago and got pico on greasy bread, bland pasta covered in either sand, salt, dirt, or some unholy combo of the three, and some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Our opinions were literally denied by our server, who insisted that the clams didn't taste the way we said they tasted... Love going here and getting the Italian Nachos! One of my favorites to eat as a meal and not just an appetizer. My boys love watching the cooks toss up the pizza dough and spin it around. My family always finds something they like to eat here and the portions are a good size. The garlic parmesan bread that they bring out to is wonderful and the staff is always friendly.

My husband is from Chicago, and he's a quarter Sicilian, so he's very picky about Italian food. It's his favorite restaurant in town, and I take him there every year for his birthday and our anniversary. Their balsamic vinegar is divine. I love their bruschetta and caprese salad. They have a very good wine selection as well. By far, the best Italian place within 100 miles. It'll leave you saying "mamma mia!"

Super pleasant and lively environment. My service started at the bar waiting for a table. Very snappy and friendly. Once to the table, exceptional. I like to sit by the kitchen and listen to the chefs and cooks. Part of the entertainment. The attention to the table was impeccable. Each dish was well executed with flavor. Overall a nice experience.

Great local Italian food for a reasonable price. The wait on Friday evenings was a bit longer than most places in the area but it is simply because people know the wait is worth it!! All the staff work together to give everyone in the restaurant as pleasant experience as possible. The food was very well prepared and the menu had food ranging from authentic salads to robust pasta dishes. Everything coming from the kitchen looked delicious! The also have a great local craft beer selection. All in all the whole team made us feel welcomed and attended to. Thank you !!

Worth the wait! The food was delicious and well priced. We were visiting from Denver and so my opinion of prices might be a little skewed. The desserts were huge, the food was freshly made, and although it seemed like a more upscale place it was still pretty casual which is right up my alley. Our waitress Maddie (I think?) was also fantastic.

Excellent service and food! The carbonara was very good, and the penne isabella was great. The garlic bread was also top-notch. The lemon mascarpone cake was delightful! So light and tasty.
Beyond that, though, the service was absolutely wonderful. The staff were kind, friendly, and helpful. I look forward to dining here again!

Very delicious Italian food. Service was excellent, atmosphere was great. Nice clean facilities with very comfortable climate. Portions were large and hearty as expected from great Italian food. Served and accommodated our large group of ten without issue. The bolognase sauce with added garlic sauce made the bolognase I have had!

Today is my husband's birthday and we're so glad we came here for dinner because the food was absolutely delicious. He got the Fettuccine Alla Rustica and I ordered the Sun-dried Tomato Penne. And our server, Caitlyn, was fantastic - friendly and quick. We got our food right away and loved every bite.

Amazing food!!! The complementary bread is baked fresh topped with garlic and aged Parmesan, so good! I got the Fettuccine Alla Rustico and it was so delicious! Decided to get my shrimp on the side and it was prepared lightly seasoned and grilled to perfection. We also decided on the cheesecake, best my husband has ever had. I chose the lemon mascarpone cake with Huckleberry amarone..so so good!!! The pictures don't do it justice!

Not sure where to start. I feel like I have given this place several opportunities and this will probably be my last time eating there. I ordered a pick up which I know is different than eating in but regardless this was beyond disappointing. First off, the kids pizza was $7 and just 2 tiny pieces of ciabatta roll with sauce and cheese. My son couldn't even recognize it as pizza and he knows pizza (his dad is a pizza cook). The Bolognese had huge slices of raw garlic and no flavoring what so ever, needs salt and much, much more. When we went to pick up, we still waited an additional 15 mins

I'm honestly surprised this restaurant is not more than 4 stars! Friendly staff, attentive servers, great menu and very reasonable prices. Our party of five enjoyed the garlic bread, salads and five entirely different entrees that left each of us very happy. The service was speedy as well. Great local place! We loved it!

What an adorable restaurant in Missoula. First night the wait was too long so we returned at 5:30 a few days later. We were seated immediately but soon after we saw a line forming. The service is great. Welcoming warmly and very considerate. The pasta was great!! We had salads and an order of bolenese an order of carbonara and an order of pasta w chicken. All were very good. Carbonara were a little heavy on sauce and not standard recipe. Salads were very fresh and tasty. Would highly suggest a visit.

We also ordered mains of Linguini Carbonara and Linguini Arrabbiata. The crispy mini bacon strips on the Carbonara were perfect! I added a little salt, pepper and Parmesan to it but just a personal taste preference - the carbonara itself is pretty spot-on to traditional.
My roommate liked the Arrabbiata as well she said the spice was a "slow-burn" level, not abrupt.

This restaurant is delicious! They do an a-la carte style menu and you can add/subtract whatever you want from any of the dishes. My partner for the penne alla vodka and added sun dried tomatoes and onions. The customization is so cool! I had the eggplant parm and added pasta with cream sauce. It was incredible! Great atmosphere, great service, great food! Highly recommend.

On 2/13/21 we did a curbside order to eat in our car (covid safe). We asked for utensils and napkins and even explained why. (It was -24 f with the windchill outside)We ordered the chicken ala rustica and the sauce broke and was separated, the shrimp was very over cooked and rubbery and they forgot the utensils.!

The servers were a mix of kind/professional/funny/fed up with life. Some were happy and eager to get refills and help while others seemed like they would rather be anywhere else.
The food. This is a large menu with several really good options. The bread, that comes out complimentary, it’s delicious and has a strong butter garlic flavor. The tootsie rolls had great ricotta taste and good size but a bit steep for me. The chicken formagio was one of the best dishes

I visited Missoula for three nights and each night found myself back here. The food is outstanding the ambience comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. I know Italian food well and don't enjoy a lot of Italian restaurants (as most taste store-bought) but this tastes really homemade. If you're in Missoula you have to come here!

I can't say more about this establishment. This Pies are topnotch. The menu is Awesome. The best Calamari light and crispy( I put them on my Caesar). The manager is Andrea and she makes this place run smooth. All the servers are Professional and very attentive. What brought me to CM was the wine list. The food, ambiance and service brought me back. Is it the best Italian in Missoula? I don't know. I just know that there's no place that I would try because this place ROCKS!!!

Disappointing. Not sure how you mess up spaghetti and meatballs. For starters, it's not spaghetti. When my dish of linguini and meatballs arrived the waiter informed me that there was no mistake - they serve spaghetti. Huh?! He said, its probably misnamed on the menu. If I had known it was linguini, I wouldn't have ordered it. What Italian restaurant lists spaghetti on the menu, but doesn't serve spaghetti? The meatballs were over cooked and dry.
