Some sushi was just ok, had to take back 3 rolls of puréed 2 salmon & 1 tuna very dry! Rice was undercooked and crunchy, rolls fell apart. They did after arguing replace them with different rolls. Overall disappointed. Won’t go back.

My family gives each other gift cards for Fancy Sushi because it is always fresh/good/affordable Asian food. We don't waste money on stocking stuffers, give us yummy food! Our favorites are: Sesame Shrimp, Udon soups, tempura. Sushi is best in Billings, my favorite is anything with eel! We miss eating in the restaurant as it is beautifully decorated.

This place is hands down the best place to get sushi!! Not only is the food amazing, but the people that run the place and work here are the best!! They gave my baby nephew complimentary animal crackers and his entree before my sister and I. They gave us a free little dessert and a keychain for him to play with. Fancy Sushi is the best restaurant in Billings hands down. Thank you for being so accommodating and wonderful!!

I look forward to going to Fancy Sushi every time I’m back in Billings! I’ve lived on the east coast now for over 6 years and still am rarely as impressed or full as I am with Fancy!

I had high hopes for this place visiting the area. Rolls were small, sloppy, weird meat mixtures, to much sauce, nothing good to say. I ordered fried rice that was mediocre at best. For the amount they charge you could do better and make it worth it one would thiink. Never again

This place is always top notch with quality of food and service. I really appreciate that they are diligent in making sure my food is gluten free. One of my favorite places to eat!

Great vegan options, very delicious and friendly waitstaff! Owner was very knowledgeable about vegan food and everything we ordered was really good. Would recommend for sure!

This is my favorite restaurant in Billings! They have the best sushi in town and they have really good non-sushi options. The korean bbq is really fun as well. I hope they open their dine in soon!

Order the dinner box if you're starving. The food was tasty and ready within 15 minutes after ordering. The menu has a lot of options but not overwhelming. The only place I saw in Billings with Korean dishes.

The worst sushi I have ever had. I ordered over $100 worth of sushi (with tip). The taste was awful! The fish was gamey and old tasting. I ordered 6 rolls and only one was remotely edible. I love sushi and since I spent so much money here I was committed to trying each roll. And then I was up sick all night and now this morning. I really wanted to give this place a great review but I just can't. The rolls where sloppy, rice was undercooked, fish was old. The eel made me literally vomit just from the sour taste it struck my mouth with. Everyone in the community love this place and speaks so

Great service! Great amount of food for the lunch special (korean bbq thin brisket). Still take out only. I'm looking forward to trying their sushi next time.

Still on search for that 5 star sushi experience but the customer service here was great. The sushi seemed to be sweet on almost every roll we ordered. We tried 7 different rolls including two spicy rolls and they just had a sweetness to them. Basically, not my cup of tea but the overall quality was good.

Consistently great food (the garden roll is my go-to), incredibly COVID safe, and just super lovely humans all around.

Serving safely to-go during Covid! They have their entryway set up to block off the restaurant so it is more of a take-out space. Free bottles of water offered!

Stopped here for brunch after Church and are really glad that we did. If you are concerned about things being too spicy, this is probably a good venue to choose, as the spice level was quite low for our tastes. We shared several rolls and finished with the Kung Pao meal. Our favorite roll was the Yummy Roll - which was recommended as one of the most popular and lived up to the reputation. It was a great combination of low level spice and sweetness melded together well. I would highly recommend it.

With a party of 10 the restaurant did a pretty good job!

We ordered several appetizers: salads, soups, and egg rolls. Some appetizers were brought out before others. We were not told that some would take longer so that was a little frustrating but all the appetizers eventually ended up on the table.

As they brought out our entrees, some were made incorrectly, one was missing, and one came out cold. They restaurant was so apologetic they brought out some sushi on the house and a free dessert.

Over all: it was frustrating that no one told us some appetizers took longer to cook than others. Disappointed

I have traveled America and have had sushi in many states. Fancy Sushi takes the cake every time in flavor and service. They always give you a treat appetizer or dessert. And the presentation just blows me away every time. The portions for the price are above any other sushi joint in America. It is my favorite sushi restaurant in the states.

This is a very nice atmosphere restaurant. The staff are very nice, and it's very clean. The food is good, we ordered the Montana roll, and the warm winter roll. They brought us out a complimentary appetizer while we waited for our food. Their rolls are really heavy on the rice, and aren't rolled tightly, so they fall apart easily. It's good for a new variety of food, but probably won't be a regular spot. Two rolls and two soft drinks came to almost $50, which is quite allot for leaving still hungry. But like I said the same were super friendly!

This restaurant blows all other Billings sushi spots out of the water. Jimmy Li offers impeccable service, cleanliness and taste at his restaurant. He is so welcoming, always remembers what you like to order and often brings complimentary appetizers or dessert. I love the tofu here and have tried a number of other great menu items, never to be disappointed. This place is authentic, you won't be disappointed.
