Alicia at Aloha is fantastic! She's extremely professional, and courteous. Very genuine, always has a positive and pleasant attitude and keeps her cool under pressure. She's great with clients, and a real asset.
I recently rented an apartment from Aloha. Alicia did a wonderful job. Thanks Alicia - Aloha is lucky to have you!!!

I applied for a unit with Aloha and there had been massive gaps in communication and lack of response. I was declined due to my current property management not returning a call to aloha to verify my living situation. I was told I need to contact them to have them reply. I tried and left a voicemail and that is as much as I could do. My property management said they never received a call or voicemail from them(after I was declined). Alicia stated she had called them twice, and she sent me the referral form they needed to fill out but it only showed one documented attempt of a call. Furthermore when

Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness
We've been using Aloha for 6 years for a property we own in Boise. They have always found good renters and have been responsive to our requests. We've never had any major issues. Thanks John and team for all your hard work.

Unprofessional and a waste of your time to fill out an application. Submitted and application on a Wednesday night and heard back the following Monday afternoon. During a week process of just getting information, they answered the phone once.
Was able to to set up a lease somewhere else in 15 minutes. If your on any sort of time schedule and want decent customer service stay clear of Aloha.

Wow, if I could leave a zero star review I would. I am disabled vet with anxiety and aloha property kept having people show up at the rental unannounced. When we moved out they charged us $75 for 5 burnt out lights. We left a closet full of led lights. I know finding a rental in Boise is difficult but if you can rent from anyone else I would. Also, they are anti-vetern or at least they don't care (actions speak more than words) about veterans....50 an hour in labort to change 5 light bulbs, you must hire the most incompetent people. Also the crew you use to do check out are thieves then, or you

Very unprofessional experience. Upon arrival to the townhomes, I headed towards the door which I could see was open. As soon as I got to the door, I made my presence known and walked in with my girlfriend and our baby. The woman who was there was on her phone from the moment we walked in and did not introduce herself, nor did she even look up to make eye contact with us. She immediately told us to look around, and then went back to her phone. It was up to me to introduce myself at which point I had to ask for her name and put forward my hand for a hand shake. It's a friendly thing to do, and in

Absolutely dreadful communication and service. I responded to one of their rental ads by leaving a voicemail and sending a message through their website. Slow to respond and once I received a call back, the gal I spoke with, Lydia, was rude and unprofessional. I asked about the listing because it was noted that there was a 9mos lease. She actually argued with me over the nonexistence of such thing and even challenged me. When she actually went to the listing and saw the note regarding lease, she blathered on about how it shouldn't be there. However, she never apologized for the misinformation nor

Aloha Property Management - I wasn’t planning on initially making a review and this is my first ever on Google. And the straw broke the camel’s back…
I’m a former recent tenant as of this writing and when it’s check out time is when you realize how screwed you are! I should have read the contract thoroughly I guess but it was written that I will never get 100% of my security deposit back. I’ve always gotten 100% of my damage deposit back everywhere else I’ve rented. Pricing was decent is all about the only good thing I could say. But consistent poor management and customer service

I have been a renter of APM for about 6 months now. Before moving here, I did my due diligence in checking out places to rent for my mom and I. Coming from another state, and not knowing the area, this was a big deal. A wrong decision would haunt me for a year's lease.

At 63, I've rented my share of apartments and have had mostly good experiences with property management, managers and neighbors. Had my brother (who lives locally) check out the places at the top of my list - and the apartments on Pine Avenue in Meridian was on it. He liked the complex and said it looked good, clean,

I've experienced bad, mediocre, and good property management before. Aloha is none of those things; Aloha is GREAT! They're proactive with building maintenance, and whenever there is an issue (the issues we've had have been small), someone is out to fix it very quickly. (We've lived here almost 11 months and are definitely renewing our contract for next year.) Their online portal is easy to use, and the person we've had the most contact with, Lisa, is professional, friendly, and helpful. 10/10 would recommend this company if you're looking at a rental!

I have lived in my Aloha apartment for nearly four years. They do a great job filling maintenance requests and are an overall great place to live. The HOA is a little aggressive with parking and external storage. But whatever the problem, whether helping with a missing key or filling maintenance requests, Aloha has been very helpful and understanding. I have not moved out yet so I don't know how uncomfortable that process may be, but so far I have enjoyed my time here. The rent goes up about $100/year, there is a charge for spraying for insects now, and they now charge for air filters but that

Aloha has been managing a multiunit property of mine since 2013.
Their service to me and the tenants (customers) has been great.
They always find strong tenants which has resulted in excellent performance on this property.
Aloha goes above and beyond the typical service received by most property management companies.

I have worked with Lydia and John from this company for years. They have always made time to answer my questions. They have taken care of many tenants and investment owners and I don't hesitate to refer them business. I noticed another person named Cassandra S left a negative review and I believe it was false and someone trying to use my name to hurt a good business with people that care.

I have never received word from a tenant or owner of a home complaining about Aloha. I have witnessed this company work to improve our community, volunteering at charity childcare centers to help kids

My experience with Aloha is that they genuinely despise their tenants. Even when it's totally unearned and uncalled for, aloha sent my family of four threatening letters, and gave us little to no notice of inspections. Those who came to inspect the house we were renting were unfriendly and non communicative. The company lacks a culture of good communication and even their higher ups are poor communicators and give terrible customer service. When we moved out we hired professional cleaners, but aloha hired their own cleaners and essentially stole our security deposit, perhaps out of incompetence

This company needs to improve on answering the phone and reporting back to an inquiry. An email being sent a week after an initial inquiry, the phone never being answered to talk to an actual person, and the shortness of an email is poor service. A person is interested in a property, you would think a rental company would do their job and help that person find a rental.

It's impossible to get any questions answered through them, and I have no idea how they have current tenants because no one answers the phone or replies to emails.

This company is shady as all hell. My friends have lived here for years snd during that time, I've witnessed them cheat them out of hundreds of dollars. Not only that, their service department is terrible. Takes them forever to replace or repair broken appliances. They've had a leak in their bedroom since the beginning of winter. It os spring now and they haven't done anything. Still leaking and still getting the run around. This property management company loves to charge top dollar but hates to spend any of that money maintaining their properties. Don't even bother with the

There was a property I was really interested in and after calling several times someone finally answered and I set up an appointment that day for 4:45. I even confirmed the time with the lady to double check. Anyways, I showed up at 4:30 waited until about 5:30 and the just never came. I left a review on their facebook and they had the audacity to say that they WERE there. I was sitting out front of the property and tried knocking and everything. There was nobody there. We called several times and left a message and nobody called back to apologize or explain. Dishonest and unprofessional. If I

Rented an apartment from them on 16th and hays in Boise a few years back. Best landlords ever! They're so professional and their inspections aren't to see if you're breaking the rules but to actually make sure the apartment is in functional condition. Our little one bedroom place was our first and Boise and they welcomed us with open arms! Nice people and fair pricing and insanely quick service if something breaks! The apartment we rented didn't allow dogs at first but when we asked they let us adopt our Doxie and then pay a pet fee! They are knowledgeable and know the business

I called on a Monday to view a property and out of the whole week was given a 1 hour time frame; of which I would be at work. I asked about viewing on another day and was told, "I don't want to drive out there so it really needs to be during that time." ...My job is what pays the rent and I found this statement not only lazy but a red flag for future interactions as a tenant.

Do not rent from Aloha. It's incredibly obvious that they are just out to make as much money as they can with as little effort as possible, and the owner of the company has been personally insulting in correspondence with me.

The fact that they are even still in business is an extreme failing of capitalism. No business this horrible should be a business.

In order to even examine this property the company wants your social security number, credit card, phone number and current address. Their website in not secure and the lady had no way of proving who she claims to be.

To me this company seemed to be a fraudster. Checking the reputation online through he various feedback it seem I am not alone in hesitation to rent from an individual who presents such undesirable information seeking.
