Great owners and office staff. They were very accommodating with the application process with income verification. If there were any problems with the house (furnace, heater, disposal), they are prompt to call their service teams who come out promptly!

Do not try and rent through this property management company. They make you jump through so many hoops to get approved for a place. They charge insane amounts for deposits and take their sweet time to do anything. Communication is very poor and the office staff are unprofessional and never in the office when they say they will be. Waste of time and money to rent through them. I do not recommend.

Don't try to rent from this company if you are not currently living in Bend. You are required to show up in person and see the rental prior to your application being reviewed or accepted. It makes it impossible for people moving to Bend from outside of the area to get accepted. There was no flexibility in this, with availability only on weekdays during working hours while people need to work. Seems like a crummy way to weed people out.

Bend Property Management has been exceptionally accommodating during the Covid - 19 epidemic. I really appreciate their flexibility and openness to tenants' proposals, and sincere greeting whenever I need to call the office. I would gladly rent with Bend Property Management again.

Today I was refused and immediately taken off the list for a showing because my source of income was not "local". The amount of hoops I was presented with to jump through in order to get back on the viewing (which is in two days) list seemed extreme as if the woman just did not want me to rent there, even refusing an offer of finding a co-signer if needed even though I know they accept co-signers. I have sent them proof of income and it exceeds their income level criteria. I'm going on my third year in Bend and I have never had a problem renting or finding a place until now. I really enjoy renting from BPM. When my family moved back to Bend, they were my first choice as we have rented through them before.The ladies are always helpful when I have questions or concerns. Application process was fairly quick and lease renewing was easy and convenient. Will always try to go through them as long as I am a renter.

The two ladies at the front desk work extremely hard! Even though they have to manage an extensive amount of properties they are willing to take the time to help and answer questions. Also maintance requests are done through their website and I’ve found that sub contractors respond within a week and are always able to get the request completed with high standards. Paying rent online makes it quick and easy. Very satisfied.

I live in one of their apartment complexes and they constantly blame me for other people’s problems. I have been served three eviction notices with little to no cause, one of them being entirely a different unit. Bend Property Management is a joke. I usually pay my rent about a month in advance, but they’re so unorganized, that when I paid rent April 4th, due May 1st, they gave me a $75 late fee. I called and told them where they messed up, and they said they would remove it “immediately”. I had to call every two days for a month for them to actually finally remove it. I had put in multiple

I loved going through this property management! Which is rare to say. I didn't have any issues with them, I kept them informed of any issues ( dealing with neighbors or late rent) regardless how big or small and move out was really easy. They worked with my partner and I which we really appreciate! The ladies that work there are awesome and professional. I would rent through them again in a heartbeat if ever the time was right with the right property.
