Been coming for over a month now. Great gym, great trainers, and no egos. The veterans are always helpful, the trainer pushes you, and everyone gets along. Great work while being comfortable.

I wasn't sure what to expect when my son checked out the place, I pictured a bunch of guys with big egos, over competitiveness, etc... Well... I couldn't have been further off!! First of all the kids and adults that belong there are some of the nicest and most helpful with each other and help build up the esteem of those who are weary. A bunch of great kids and adults!! After the first class my son signed up and in over a month took 2 days off, normally something would last a few days and the novelty would wear off, not here!!
