I'm new to this, but that was no problem for the people from DMV. I needed to get my locks done and my home inspected and I needed this done quickly, and yes price was a MAJOR concern.
Mr. Sewell said to me "let me take a look, you never know what you could afford and I'm not out to just make money but help you not spend what you don't have to.
So long story short, he was able to give me a very reliable price, and his inspection was great, didn't find anything that needed to be done outside of what had been done.
I'm good.

Owner of company told the client he was sending inspection report same day then doesn't. Then ignored clients calls the next day. Then sends report 4am the following day only after I said something after nothing was sent the following day as promised. then the following day he was already booked for a different lead inspection..no call no show for lead inspection then changes the price to almost double when I finally do talk to him afterwards.
He obviously doesn't care for my business or any other realtor, landlord, owner I know business either. Was referred to this company from a previous inspector

I’m extremely pleased with the professionalism, knowledge and rapport that Rob has built with my clients and I. He is very flexible with scheduling, which is important with everyone being busy nowadays. He is very thorough, extremely thorough actually. He does not scare the clients as some inspectors have in the past. He is quite honest with them but keeps them calm and rational regarding the home’s deficiencies. I look forward to many more inspections with Rob and DMV Home Inspections!

2nd time using DMV Professional's and they have never disappointed me! They've conducted my lead, termite, and full home inspection. They took their time by checking everything in and outside of the house. They took pictures and answered all of my questions. I've received my report within 24hrs of the inspection, in which it was sent to me via email, in much detail. Lastly, the call center is great and keeps you in the loop of your appointment via email and text reminders. Highly recommend!

Robert was EXCELLENT! He was extremely thorough and took the time to explain what he found that needed attention and why it needed attention. He also explained things that I found be doing regular maintenance on that I was unaware of. He showed up on time, looked at every inch of a large home and had the report complete within an hour of leaving.

Not thorough at all. He didnt put any information about the roof in the inspection report. When asked why he left the roof off his response was " i looked and its good". Come to find out the Roof needs some repairs. Now i have to pay, when the seller would have made repairs if it was on the report. He also forgot to add the broke dryer on my report. I Only used him because nobody was available. I do not recommend them unless you know a little about how inspections should be done.
