I've been trying to get in contact with the property manager for my community for the past several weeks and am beyond frustrated. Every time I call they tell me to leave a message or put me on hold for an hour and I never actually get to speak with anyone. They don't make an attempt at helping me resolve my issue and my landlord has had similar problems with them as well. What a shame

Worse company ever, the property managers are a mess, the staff is a mess, they won't return your call, they won't answer your emails. They won't resolve any issues, the front office staff is the only person who can talk to, and she WON'T HAVE ANY ANSWER FOR YOU, if I could give less than 1 star I would do it. I never had such a bad experience before.

Best property management company that I have dealt with so far. Not perfect but perfection in this type of industry is impossible. They are attentive and have support staff but still small enough where you don't fall through the cracks. They have managed a property where I own an apartment for about 1.5 years now and have helped stabilized it as well as fix a lot of pre-existing issues. Thank you!
