I’ve been living here for the past 7 months now and overall the experience has been ok. The one thing I would have to say that’s a huge negative is that the lease renewal for each term is ridiculously costly. They should rethink their prices and make it more affordable especially for current tenants. Also, they seem to have a roach problem especially during the summer. I keep my unit clean so I don’t see why there’s a roach popping up practically every week.

I have been a resident here for 9 years. I am just now writing this review after a long conversation with the property manager Jana. She indicated some new social events being planned for the residents . With Jana as manager, I have no doubt that more good things around here are yet to come. Over the years, I have loved living here. I have always had my apartment maintained promptly whenever there is a problem. Carlos and the maintenance staff are a pleasure to deal with. The office staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Hats off to Victoria and Tara who are top notch staff members. This gem

I have only just moved in this past week, but I wanted to share the amazing service and team work I saw in the leasing office. I was ready to move into another apt complex, (having moved across country from CA) but found it was not ready. I contacted Lakeside and asked if they had anything available, and they did. They took the entire afternoon to help me find the right apartment, make me feel welcome and comfortable even in the midst of all of the covid19 chaos.

I've lived at Lakeside for approximately 3 months now, and overall, my experience has been pleasant. The team in the leasing office is great, and the maintenance team has been quick to respond to my service requests. The one issue that I'm experiencing that has yet to be resolved after making several complaints is that I have a very noisy neighbor. Initially, I tried to ignore it. Unfortunately, it's becoming increasingly more difficult to work from home and even sleep at times when you have someone constantly stomping, running, bumping, dropping items, dragging furniture, etc. when you're on conference

I lived here for the past 2 years and loved every minute of it! The front staff was so kind (especially to my dog) and the grounds were well kept and beautiful. Any maintenance issues were quickly addressed. The location couldn't be more perfect to access 400, shop at North Point or Avalon, or get a tasty donut at Scream'n' Nuts. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Wonderful apartment complex.....so conveniently located to 400 yet it is in a very quiet area with a lot of beautiful green space around it. The Lake is a real plus for exercising and peaceful walks and their three different gyms will meet everyone's needs. I was from PA and relocating to this area and looked at many complexes. Liz took great care… of me and treated me like "family" on my initial visit. I was so impressed with the beautiful apartments and the way they were laid out. They had many extras such as crown molding and a very large bathroom you don't see in most apartments. The

Highly recommend this complex to any Alpharetta resident! The area is super convenient to shops, restaurants, schools, etc. The management is kind and efficient, the grounds are kept clean and safe, and the landscape is beautiful. It has been a peaceful and wonderful experience over the last 7 months and I look forward to experiencing the spring and summer here soon!
