We are LIVID. We were LIED TO. We were told our home would be clean and ready for us by 12:30pm on January 10th; it is in NO WAY clean and/or ready to be lived in by ANYONE and this is after we were forced to wait until after 3pm to receive our keys costing us another nights’ hotel room fees. We are DEMANDING IMMEDIATE ACTION be taken to rectify the situations listed below and we will be seeking financial compensation and improved lease terms or we will be seeking legal action.

Which place charges you for change of carpet and full wall paint ,if you leave their apartment in this condition . This is a photo they sent to me ,I have video ,I took by myself , yet they want to garnish my deposit .I occupied this place just for 12month , left it in the condition as attached in the photo The apartment t wants to change the carpet and full wall paint . If this is not what apcompanies stand for then ,please look into this . The agreement says normal wear on page 23 ,what is above a normal wear and tear here .

If I could rate this place less then 1 star, I would. This place is a money grab. If this is your first apartment, DO NOT MOVE IN!! I could really give you an entire list of problems but then my comment would be far too long. SO, to some it all up. Avoid this place at all cost unless your completely willing and capable of paying a portion of you neighbors utility bill or being charged for 2 months when paying for only 1. No matter how wrong this place is, everything will be your fault because the place is ran by a young person who has no clue what they are doing. Any of the The Point At Preston

I co-signed a lease for my daughter, and it has been nothing but problems. Please believe every negative review that you read for this property. I am not sure what is happening on this property, but the level of unprofessionalism is astounding. My daughter has not had any hot water for 3 weeks. This is completely unacceptable. The fact that the office recording has a list of what is considered an emergency service call is a giant RED FLAG. I cannot believe that any property can be run this poorly. I will also be placing this

My husband, son, and I have lived happily at The Pointe at Preston Ridge for two years. The first thing you'll notice is the landscape, woods, playground, and pool. They are all beautiful and well maintained. The rent prices good considering the fantastic location, among other things. Other amenities include a gym, clubhouse, and valet trash pickup at your door. Throughout the pandemic, management was flexible and accommodating to everyone here, working with each resident as needed depending on their situation. The maintenance manager and his staff are fast to respond, friendly, and competent.

My wife and I have been living in the Pointe at Preston Ridge going on three years now. It is a wonderful community to raise kids in and the staff are incredibly friendly. Work orders are completed in a timely manner and the maintenance staff does a great job making sure the community looks and stays clean. I have never had any complaints with my neighbors (noise level, etc..) and everyone we have met in our community is friendly. We have nothing but great things to say about the Pointe at Preston Ridge.

It's been wonderful thus far! My apartment has been a great place to live and the staff have been super friendly and helpful. The complex is very convenient to everything and has a trail right behind my building that I can walk when I want to get out of the house. I would definitely recommend living here to someone moving to the area.

I love my apartment community. I love the upkeep. I get along well with everyone in the community. And the staff in the leasing office are a great bunch of people!! They truly care about the residents and try to do whatever they can to assist in any way possible! That's always a plus when renting!! I love the upkeep of the grounds.. as well as the beautiful upgrades they've implemented. I would suggest this community to anyone looking for a nice, cozy, safe place to live, with or without kids!! This community is "the go to" for anyone seeking luxury living at one of the most affordable price points
