I do not live here but I did a delivery here and the front desk lady with long curly hair is extremely rude. I didn’t know where to go as I do not live in the building and the numbers are confusing and she was extremely rude directing me to the apartment. As someone who manages a 55 and over apartment where it’s residents will rely on deliver, there is no reason to treat the delivery drivers like that. FIX YOUR ATTITUDE!

After 25 years in our large single-family home we weren't so sure about this transition. But, since moving here in April, 2021 we have easily adjusted from our single family home to apartment living here at Emblem. The staff has done a wonderful job of making us feel "home" here and most of the residents are friendly and engaging. The property is nicely maintained and always feels safe and welcoming. Our schedule has not permitted us to attend the social activities of the community but there seems to be many opportunities to get to know your neighbors and build a social life as each individual

My first impression and experience at Emblem Alpharetta was only enhanced by the professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail displayed by staff member, Kristal. From the 1st tour of the building to multiple emails and phone calls she has demonstrated a caring and supportive attitude. I would recommend her to anyone considering a move to this location.

This is a wonderful place to live. It provides the 55+ community with security, privacy and great service. The building is very well maintained and requested repairs are completed promptly. Staff is always cordial Kristal Toombs was especially helpful showing the property and navigating the application and move-in process. The activities provided are both entertaining and informative. Apartments are spacious with lots of natural light. All this for a price that is very affordable in a location with great shopping and restaurants.

I was very impressed with the level of professionalism that Kristal provided from Day 1. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, kind, great personality, patient and helpful. Her attention to detail is impressive and her customer service skills are excellent. We've been here at Emblem for three weeks, and I feel I need to express my thanks and appreciation to the great Staff here.
Nancy looks forward to meeting Anne who set up and conducted the Tour that made us decide we wanted to live here, I met her recently and thanked her for getting this going for us..
Genevieve, Kristal and Ginger have taken great care of us from the start. The process went so very smoothly and since moving in, we have been taken great care of. Questions have been answered promptly, any concerns or issues have been explained and addressed.
