Services
Milton and Thelma Conner were married in 1940. After working at the Hastings-Miramar Hotel in the early days of Ocean City, and later working side by side at the Dunes Motel (now known as the Dunes Court), they dreamt of opening a full-service hotel on an inherited vacant oceanfront block of land. Many years spent in the planning stages of the Dunes Manor Hotel.

Unwind in your pool-front patio at Dunes Court, where you'll feel a retro and relaxing vibe. These rooms feature a private ocean view balcony, choice of two queen beds or one king-sized bed, and a kitchenette with two-burner cooktop, apartment-size fridge, microwave, sink, coffeemaker, and kitchen dishware, flatware, drinkware, and basic cooking needs.
The iconic sign that identifies our complex sits atop Dunes Court and can be seen by all who spend time in Ocean City. A poolside patio, two plush double beds, a microwave, refrigerator, and flat-screen tv round out our offerings at Dunes Court.

Place wasn't bad. It was clean. Just only thing didn't like was to have to go check in at Dunes Manor.

Ok room for the price. It smelled bad when we opened the room. Customer service was great. They have a pool (which was closed)

Pretty good food! Great and friendly staff. It's a hotel restaurant so dinner was great but breakfast is ok as they use what most hotels use, reconstituted eggs, premixed waffle mix and other things that all come prepackaged. What happened to people cooking food from scratch?

The venue was classy and service was good, considering they had one waitress taking care of 5 tables of 2-4 people each when the doors opened.

We ordered the crab soup with vegetables and brown broth. Finding any crab meat in it was like looking for a needle in a haystack. Good broth, but not much crab flavor or meat. Maybe it is typical of that type of soup.

My wife and each ordered the the broiled seafood sampler. It came with tender, 1" diameter scallops (3) each. They were excellent. Propped on each scallop was a shrimp (tasty but slightly over cooked) . Our samplers came with a steak

The food was very bland at best and service was extremely slow.

I don't know how this place got such high ratings in OC.

I'm still baffled as to how the restaurant and bar work. Being in the industry for the last 24 years, me and my best friend still do not know what to make out of our attempt at dining at the hotel.

We went down to dinner around 8pm. Waited behind another couple at the hostess stand for a few minutes. They got seated and the lady that worked there told us they were waiting for some tables to get up. No problem. So we sat on the couches in the middle for about ten minutes. We saw a table get up in the bar area so I asked the bartender after a while if we could have that table. He said he would

We dined here for Father's Day breakfast. The menu items were tasty however the all you can eat buffet was a true disappointment. Because of the air show going on that weekend, they cut the buffet short leaving burnt, hard food on the buffet. They didn't replenish any of the items... I was very disappointed. I felt like I should have gotten half price for the buffet because I definitely didn't get what I paid for.

I probably won't be dining here again.

Staying at the Dunes Suites (excellent location and amenities) and had possibly the best breakfast sandwich of my life here--not exaggerating! Had to wait for a table but glad we did. Seems all places are short on wait staff but this will improve.

Across the lobby from The Victorian Room is the Zippy Lewis Bar. Go and meet Zach--extremely friendly and he knows Ocean City very well so he was fun to talk to as this was our first visit. We ended up eating dinner at the bar due to our long drive and it was so good, we went back again another time. We split the Broiled Crab Sandwich, Bay Boiled/Steamed

We had two breakfast and one dinner here. The breakfast were very good as the menu contained great choices. I had the American breakfast one morning (a lot of food) and the breakfast sandwich the second. I asked for it on a well toasted English muffin instead of the bun and that is exactly how it came. It was excellent. My wife had the pancakes (fluffy and tasty). Our servers were attentive. For dinner I had the seafood platter. An excellent mix of seafood and all tasty. The mahi was especially good. My wife had the mahi sandwich without the bread and what a piece of fish she got. It

My boyfriend and I stayed in this hotel, and utilized the restaurant as many businesses were delivery only around OCMD due to COVID-19. Breakfast was delicious, though it is quite a limited menu, and is a bit on the pricier side. The only breakfast meal we were not thrilled about was the omelet because it was only egg and cheese.
The dinner meal we had was wonderful. We loved every bite! Each time we were there, we were greeted with smiles, kindness, and enthusiasm. We probably would not have chosen this restaurant if it wasn't in the hotel, but we are glad we found our way here!

We had Thanksgiving dinner at The Victorian Room this year. It was easily the worst Thanksgiving meal we've ever had.

The turkey was dry. The rolls we're little hard to rocks, maybe warmed early morning and then sat out to get stale all day. The "cream corn pudding" was likely just canned cream corn. The mashed potatoes and stuffing tasted terrible.

Truly one of our worst Thanksgiving meals. We definitely won't be back.

Maybe it's because it was a slow night? There was a large party in the back and one other table in our section. Our server took a very long time to get drinks ordered.

I ordered an appetizer as my dinner and she brought out the side dish version which was significantly less. And not the same dish.

We waited with empty glasses while eating. Not my favorite part. For an expensive dinner the expectations are usually higher. Not necessarily better service.

We originally went to the bar out in the lobby called Zippys. There was one chair available at the small bar. So we sat at a table

We visited the Dunes Manor hotel while on the OC Foodie Tour. While we were there we sampled a cheese tray and there signature brussel sprouts. They were cooked to perfection! The bartender, "Mike" was helpful and pleasant. He made us the most delicious frozen drinks called, "Dunes Berry". Yum! The hotel is beautiful decorated and has a magnificent ocean front view.

The Victorian Room is our must-go-to restaurant when we are in Ocean City, especially for breakfast. The ambiance of the hotel entryway on through to the restaurant is truly classy. The view of the ocean from the restaurant is gorgeous. We were there this past Wednesday and we both got Eggs Benedict, one traditional (The Manor) and one with crab (Neptune). The poached eggs were perfect. The sides (home fries and some fruit) were just right. Our waiter was attentive and personable. Five stars: Food + service + ambiance

This restaurant is in my hotel (Dunes Manor). I went for breakfast and waited a half hour to be seated although there were only 4 tables with people sitting at them. I was told they were having some issues with their computer. As we waited, we observed there was only one waiter, and the host. The host was not out front much, maybe he was also the cook?! The food was good, so I decided to return for dinner. Same scenario, one waitress and a frazzled host, who again was not out front very often. The waitress was literally running around. Both breakfast and dinner, they were out of items on the

We stayed at the Dunes Manor Hotel. We yelped every restaurant and went to all 4-5 star places for breakfast and dinner. I have to say not one place was impressive. The food was bland and at best mediocre. On the day before we were checking out, we decided to have breakfast in the Victorian room. It was perfect. Nothing we had was even remotely comparable (malia and Sahara cafe's). The food was so fresh and tasty. We had the buffet. There were endless options. In the 3 days that we're here, this was the first time my 4 year old finished her entire breakfast. Highly recommended. We almost

My husband and I ended up here by chance for our anniversary.
The ambience is a bit plain but the service (Don) and the food make up where that lacks.
Cream of crab soup is the BEST I have EVER had (my own aside lol). Jumbo lumps float on creamy, buttery, goodness in a cup.
Being restaurant week, specials were added to the regular menu. Including hubby's short ribs. Initially, they came out a tad dry but our sever, Don (a self proclaimed "foodie") saw to it they were replaced promptly with a more moist serving.
My filet mignon was a perfect med rare.
Dessert was a scrumptious apple

Came here while staying at the Dunes Hotel, it was my birthday and my family had just traveled so we were lazy and went down a few floors. The food was good, and they even put a candle in my dessert for me, only down side is it was a breezy night and the candle wouldn't stay let. THANKS AGAIN ANNA FOR THE EFFORT!!!

Had Thanksgiving dinner here and it was exceptional... Not your usual buffet, the turkey was moist, the beef flavorful, the deserts were over the top. The oysters and shooters were a bonus, we will do this again. Always enjoy the hotel (20+ years) with my kids now grandkids... But now the restaurant was a pleasant surprise. Had other Thanksgiving dinners here but this year's topped everything.
