Office staff and maintenance were awesome, friendly, professional! 5 stars for them! Parking is terrible. Very limited, even with towing. Front Gate was broken majority of 2020/2021. This let people in at all hours of the night to dump mattresses and large furniture, filling the dumpsters. My neighbors were AWFUL. I complained constantly, called the police, etc. Unfortunately there are a lot of inconsiderate young people living here that party every night of the week, light off fireworks, and driving fast and wreckless with loud stereos. Looking for a new home for my 2 little ones and me has been challenging but taking a tour of this community and having the manager Denisha personally walked the community with me and answering all my questions have made a big impact in my decision to rent here at Rancho Belago. Great environment, clean and peaceful most of the time with exception of a couple of people who had visitors disturb the peace. Staff friendly especially Natalie, Maintanance quick to respond to needs. They are community involved with games and contests for resident to participate in, they often have food and drinks complimentary for residents to enjoy! Overall great place to live!!!
