I lived here for 2 1/2 years and overall had a great experience and would easily move back. You get the best of both worlds by being centrally located in the city but secluded up on a hill in a quiet community. They do a great job with the grounds and has beautiful views in certain areas. Everyone in the office was fantastic to deal with and they were always on top of everything. The apartments themselves were also nice and well kept up, even though they are starting to get a little dated. I lived here between 2018 and 2021 in a 2 bedroom apartment with 1 roommate.
The apartment itself was okay. Nothing to rave about. It was nice that we had 2 separate bathrooms and plenty of space.
If you need a place to live that's close to 495, I can see this being an attractive living location. Walking the loop around the complex is nice. The gym is nice when you want to get a quick workout in. The pool allows for you to cool off in the summer. And you are close to many stores around the Worcester/Shrewsbury area.
The reason I am giving this place 2 stars:

Overall my experience living here has been pretty good. The apartments are nice, the grounds are well kept and management/maintenance are fast to respond to requests during the day.
My only real gripe and why it loses one star is that the AC during the summer goes down at least once every few weeks, usually for extended periods of many hours. If this happens during office hours its usually fixed quickly, but more often than not it happens at night or right as the office closes, and doesn't get fixed until the following day. If its a chronic problem and happens consistently every few weeks why

I recently moved into an apartment here and it is perfect! The location is country quiet with access to everything you would want from a city in a 5-10 minute drive. Maintenance comes out fast and is respectful. My shower drain wasn't draining quite right, I put in a request and the same day it was fixed. There is never an issue with finding a parking spot. Those who have animals clean up after them. The appliances are great! I highly recommend coming to tour this complex and making it your new home!

My experience has been awesome and I highly recommend living here ! The management is top notch and they really want you to be happy with your rental. The grounds are impeccable and the amenities they offer are wonderful for everyone to enjoy. They put on special events throughout the year for their residents and they are pet friendly! Excellent locations and luxury living !

Well managed and good quality apartments. The staff does a great job with the property and they are well organized. I've lived here for a couple of months and had no issues so far!
Edit Feb 2020: I've been here for 7 months now and I'm still happy with Audubon! I've only had to place one maintenance request and it was promptly dealt with.

My sister just moved in. And I have to say I wanna move in also. The man who manages everything was very nice and gave a wonderful inspection tour. The bathroom was very spacious and I felt good looking in that mirror. The bedroom had a HUGE closet that I wasn’t expecting. You can walk in it. And the main area was ENORMOUS you can easily fit a desk, table , some chairs and couch. And the kitchen don’t even get me started. The oven worked amazing no smell when you turn it on. And the cabinet space was amazing! Overall when I need to move in to my first place I am going here! I can’t wait to

Great spot for its value when compared to other options in the area. Also set back from the roads a bit which gives it some peace around the complex. Best part of the apartment that separated it from other places was the responsiveness of the staff. We didn’t have a lot of issues throughout our stay, but when we did, they were always answered by the staff the same day we submitted them if it was within working hours. Highly recommended!

For the price this place need some updating. They have a no smoking policy, but it always reeks of cigarettes. The rugs in the hallways are completely stained and smell of trash. Plantation Ridge has basically turned into college dorm rooms. The work going on outside our windows (all seasons) is SO noisy. Sometimes it even goes on at 2-3am (I have slept on the bathroom floor to try an avoid it). My smoke detectors go off every time I cook even when there is barely any smoke because the fans just blow everything around (maintenance man told me they were basically pointless). And they try to go up

This place is CLEAN. I don't know how often the custodian makes his rounds but I swear, I feel like I see him every day. The floors are always spotless. It always smells fresh. The trash rooms are tidy and the recycling is emptied in a timely manner.
Inside the units, everything is pretty new and freshly done up prior to move in. The floor plans are great. Even our bedroom, which felt a little small when we moved in, is just the right size to accommodate our furniture.

Moved up here for Physicians Assistant school and boy am I happy this was where I picked. The staff is super helpful and friendly and the amenities are amazing. Its nice to be able to come home from class to a beautiful and spacious apartment. I highly recommend moving here, wouldn't have wanted to be anywhere else!!!

I unfortunately lived here a very short period of time
Due to having to move for my job. That being said this was a great place to live. I had a two bedroom two bathroom apt with a deck it was spacious, reasonably priced and had a great kitchen! I would 100% recommend this complex to someone and hopefully in the future find myself back there.

A little background before delving into my review for this property. I am a transplant here, moving from Western Massachusetts into a city I was unfamiliar with. After countless trips to Worcester and surrounding towns, we decided on Audubon Plantation Ridge and pulled the trigger on a lease.
