We offer a full range of property management services tailored to you as an investor, homeowner, or landlord. We have an extensive portfolio of 100+ single family homes, townhouses and condos in Orlando, Winter Park, Kissimmee, Winter Garden, Leesburg, Haines City, Longwood, Altamonte Springs, Oviedo, Maitland, Apopka, Ocoee, Winter Springs, Windermere, Belle Isle, and Lake Mary.
A refundable Security Deposit (one months rent) is due to secure the unit once you have been approved. We want to make your experience in finding your next dream home an enjoyable one! A: You can always call us, but after hours we may not answer or call back until the next morning. A: If rent is paid on time, the check will be deposited into your account or sent out on the 10th of every month. A: We collect rent on the 1st of each month and have a 4 day grace period. If it's not received by the 5th we write a 3 day notice and start charging late fees at a $50 initial charge p.us $5 per day each day after the 5th.
