I have been putting request for hours and no response. Kitchen sink is over flowing onto the floor and it's disgusting. I have lived here for years and this happens all the time but it was usually a quick fix when the old management company was here but now with this new company I'm just being ignored. I'm sure if I didn't pay my rent it wouldn't be ignored.

I have lived in the Hyde Park Neighborhood for 8 yrs, so prior to management company coming it. The changes are impressive. I recently had a pipe burst the same night, Tim was here helping me as I live alone and carpet cleaners were here, that night. . My home had to be redone. It is beautiful. We had a Neighborhood summer get together for all it was really wonderful.. Maintenance is prompt and courteous. It's quiet and well maintained since management company has taken over. I COULD NOT BE MORE HAPPIER WITH MY HOME AND NEIGHBORHOOD. Thank you

This has been my first time moving out on my own and moving cross country to a New town and the property managers with Alexander Forrest have made it so easy. From the application process to moving in Brisa made everything so simple. Since I have moved in we have a new property manager and he has been a delight. He has always been super awesome and very attentive to the property and gone out of his way to make sure everything flows smoothly. He and mike had even helped me attempt to put a couch in my apartment that we learned was way too big for the apartment. Thanks Alexander Forrest for providing

I work with a property management software company called SecondKeys and it was great doing a demo for Dennis with Alexander Forrest Investments. His questions were relevant and he helped me understand exactly what his company is looking for in property management software. I think they have a very good idea of what it takes run a professional business on every level. They seem to genuinely care about their customers and tenants. I look forward to providing our powerful maintenance management software for him hopefully in the near future.

They do not answer their own phone calls with them delegating calls to a third party answering service. Spoiler alert: They also don't have any direct contact information for the leasing companies they hire. If you have an urgent issue for your leasing manager, they don't even have a way to get in direct contact with anybody for approval, just the third party answering service that Alexander Forrest Investments doesn't even read messages from.
