We have been so happy with TNCS since our son started last summer when he turned 2. Our son is quite reserved and risk-averse, and the learning environment provided by his preschool teachers helped him to thrive and soar this past year. We have seen him grow in leaps and bounds: language development, self-esteem/confidence, independence, and overall happiness. He talks about school with so much excitement, and he loves his teachers and friends. Each morning when we arrive at school, we are greeted with smiles, and a special hello from all. The school staff have known our son's name since the beginning

Only one because I can not write zero. Stay away!!!!
Note!! on your "interview" if you sense that they are disingenuous .....please believe your gut feeling!!!! They are disingenuous .
It felt great the first few months because I was fooled by the fake smiles and empty promises but I grew weary as I saw poor academic results . I realized that the happiness I experienced was based on a mirage and not truly reality.
I wished I had followed my gut feeling and not wasted a year of my childrens' time. I removed my daughters after the first year as the teachers seemed agitated by reasonable questions

An academically rigorous yet loving environment. It is amazing to hear your six year old singing to herself in Mandarin. The immersion in languages is mind-opening for parents as well as kids.
At the New Century School, Montessori principles blend with an emphasis on both sides of the brain (outstanding arts and creative outlets AND strong science and mathematics).
The teachers and staff are superb. The environment, a restored parochial school building, is comfortable and beautiful. After-care activities spark fun and imagination. They also use the surrounding neighborhood as part of the classroom
