I gave them one star because 0 isn't an option. Communication is non-existent since they lost their agent Albert. When moving out they said several times and I had confirmed several times that the best way to contact me via Email. 0 email's were maid to attempt to contact me or my roommate. They said they would send an Email within 48 hours of us submitting our notice and they didn't reach out until a week later. To top that when we first dropped off our notice around the 8th. The office waited until today the 29th to tell us that our move out date on the 31st was not acceptable and that we would

I had called to schedule a virtual tour and they scheduled me for a Tuesday at 11am. Tuesday came around and I got emails even text messages saying they couldn’t wait for our tour and that it was in a few hours. Well 11am came around and I received no call so I called them. No answer. Then I get a text saying that they were with a client and would call me as soon as they were done. Ok cool. An hour passed no call, two hours nothing. I called back and they never answered. I texted back, and they didn’t answer either. Guess I’ll be taking my business elsewhere since they don’t seem to want

I’m literally ONLY giving maintenance 5 stars because they were very sweet and quick about fixing our dishwasher. They came same day, fixed our problem within minutes, and were very professional about the issues. Everything else about this complex makes us want to move, but the maintenance guys are super great!

I’ve lived at James Apartment Homes since April. It is a quiet property that is kept clean and the staff has been friendly when we’ve been in contact. I have no real complaints regarding my living experience here, it is a typical apartment experience and we have had no major issues. We haven’t had any emergencies or need for repair so I can’t speak to response time.
I moved from out of state and was unable to visit the property ahead of time, especially due to Covid. My husband came to the property before we signed the lease but they did not show him a unit. So, we both trusted the pics
