My mother and father have been renting here fo 2 years they are wonderful tenants who pay early every month and have never damaged the apartment.. the sheer disrespect and disregard for the wellbeing of their tenants is completely unacceptable. Sewage pipes burst in the apartment which caused flooding and destroyed all of the belongings in the household. This occurred Sunday 2/23 evening and no one ever responded to the emergency maintenance phone until 7am the following day after the damage had been done already. They never offered to house my parents in a new unit nor do they care that my parents

The managers don't contact you back when you need something. They only reach out to you by leaving a paper on your door if THEY have something to say. No care for residents. Everything inside is done terriblely. Things are falling apart, lights are going out, mirrors are breaking off, dryer needs to be ran multiple times to dry anything, fireplace is in such an awkward spot. I was doing okay until they had my tree cut down this morning without a word. IM FURIOUS. I'm OUT once my lease is Done. I Might even try to get out before that because of how upset I am, I dont want to spend a penny more.
