Parking lot is lways full and confusing if you don't know the building letter. Signage not very visible. Low income apartments. Loud people but well maintained. Never had any issues with theft or prowler so there is that. Never seen police there so doesn't seen to be crime riddled. Nice place. Friend has lived there for several years without any major issues

I lived there for about 4 months before I my military orders got delayed. I am currently on a two month break and I am planning to continue to live there once I return in March 2021.
There was one incident. My verbal agreement was that I would move out on the 31st of December. This was the best solution since December’s rent was paid in full. I stored my goods on site at Morningtree because the staff knew that I loved there hospitality and going somewhere else wouldn’t be in my best interest. I flew out on 4 January in route to Ohio.
Around 10 January I receive a letter from the finance manager

I can’t say enough about MorningTree Park Apartments and their awesome staff. The apartments and the community were great and well maintained. Maintenance was always on top of things and the office was always a phone call away ready to help. Even during the crazy times of this pandemic. The facilities are nice (when open) and pretty modern.
I’m military so finding a residence that was within my BAH range, close to post and still provided me with the necessities. Extremely close (walking distance) to food and grocery stores which is a big help. Strongly recommend for other Service Members to

Staff is very nice, I'm military. I've lived here after my divorce for about 3 years, it's affordable and close to work. They do make mistakes in billing and post a lot of notices. When I identify an error it's fixed immediately. It's not horrible, I guess some tenants grew up in palaces or just need paid out more money too accommodate their exquisite tastes.

I lived here for a year and a half. Maintenance always responded to my requests within 24 hours. I never had any big issues, management was nice when I needed them. Typically it was fairly quiet around my section. If youre looking a top of the line place, go to a better part of town. You will see randoms walking through the parking lot sometimes but no one ever bothered me. Downside, the leasing office doesn’t accept packages.
