Florida Home Inspectors will provide you a thorough unbiased, detailed, confidential and professional inspection of your prospective property. We serve Sarasota, Manatee, and surrounding counties. Our inspection reports are computer generated and are always e-mailed on the same day the inspection was performed.

FHI was recommended to us by our realtor, esp given the unique circumstances of buying a salt water home. We've bought and sold homes before, but we were very very impressed by the service level provided by Kai Strom and his bevy of experts. Collectively, they delivered incredible responsiveness, uncommon thoroughness both in the inspection itself, but also in the reporting. We were on a short timeline, and Kai stepped up and provided a very quick turnaround.

As a real estate assistant in the Sarasota area, we deal with many inspectors. Kai Strom is by far the best inspector in the area. His expertise of all areas of the home inspection; pools, roofs, pest control, repairs and more.

As a Realtor I meet new contractors/vendors almost on a daily basis. My buyers hired Florida Home Inspectors and we couldn't be happier with the service they provided.
